Nestled in Marco Island, this charming condo for $151 per night is a great option for your next trip. This roomy, 1056 square foot, second floor, Non-Smoking Condominium with private entrance and screened Lanai overlooks private pool and is a short walk to beautiful South Beach. Covid Safe - no elevator and separate entrance. Kitchen has been recently updated with new microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. The Master Bedroom has recently been redecorated with new carpet, paint, new furniture and features a queen-size bed and large walk-in closet, private full bathroom, and access to the Lanai. The Second Bedroom has also recently been redecorated with new carpet and paint and has two twins, plenty of closet space, and access to a separate Full Bathroom. Living room has plenty of seating area with a new full sleeper sofa, new flat screen TV, DVD, and CD/AM/FM/Stereo player with speakers. Condo has wireless internet connections. Dining area with chairs and table are located directly off the fully-equipped, modern, and spacious kitchen. All linens provided. Washer and dryer in condo. Condo was spacious and worked out perfectly for two couples. Pool was such fun and enjoyable part of our stay. Kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed.

So I saw some of the reviews for this condo that were a bit derogatory in nature, and I was a bit nervous prior to check-in. Upon arrival I noticed right away that those reviews were pretty one-sided and unfair to the owner. Steve was responsive everytime I contacted him and very helpful with information concerning the property. The condo itself was very suitable for our family of six, and was in fine condition. The pool on the property was convenient, although we only used it once and it was very nice. The location in reference to the island was perfect and only a short five minute walk to the south beach entrance. The condo had all the items you need for meals and worked well for us. It was well stocked with starter items and an abundance of towels as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to any family of six or less. If we return to Marco Island again we will definitely look to see if Steve's condo is available! Thank you for a wonderful experience on the island.

Perfect week
Everything was great! Exactly what we needed for the week - kitchen supplies, beach supplies, & wonderful weather. We walked to the beach and had a short drive to our favorite eating spots. The pool and pool area was clean and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great month at Marco. We loved walking on the beach, birding at the many nature preserves, and eating delicious seafood at the numerous restaurants.
The condo is about .25 miles from the beach.

Fantastic vacation
Lovely island. Condo is close to everything. We enjoyed having more privacy due to just 15 units verses the big high rises. Enjoyed it immensely. Saw a double rainbow our last evening.

When we booked we spoke with Steven and he seemed like a great guy, nice and attentive. We arrived and check in was simple. The condo was decent, no major issues-everything in working order just a little dated and carpet needed replaced. No biggie. It was very peaceful and few, if any people were there. You're required to wash sheets, towels and wash cloths which is whatever but the washer is the size of a tin can and check out is 10am so we took the sheets to the laundry mat (I have a pic) the day prior and left them off the bed our final night and used our own blankets we had for travel. Now Mr. Steven is trying to say we didn't wash things and charge us an additional fee. We paid the "cleaning" fee with our room plus washed what we were asked to wash. We have messaged and called with no avail. Beings that we paid to wash them at the laundry mat next to Doreens on Saturday-we will not be paying that fee but I would gladly send him the pic of the sheets IN THE WASHER if he would respond. I also washed the last load of towels from our shower the night before checkout and they were in the dryer when we left bc we left at 7am. Otherwise, It is a nice location and again very quiet. The pool was good and we had it to ourselves both times we used it. Just a few updates to be made to the unit but nothing that would deterre from renting it as it is a beach house so it is kind of expected to not be perfect due to sand and people tracking in and out. Great Location!
We had a fantastic time in our trip to Marco Island. There was a bit of frustration at the beginning of our trip but once that was all resolved we had a great time. The location was great, the cost of the condo was great, the owner was very friendly and responsive.

This condo was so nice for our little family. Clean, cute, and cozy for sure. Also staying in Marco during Thanksgiving is great, best weather you can get all year. The owners here were awesome with communicating with us too, especially about the needs for getting stuff delivered for our baby. Overall, would definitely stay here again

Spent nearly 3 weeks at condo. I visited Marco Island to fish and to spend some time with daughter who lives near by. Most days I was only in condo to clean up after fishing, have breakfast and make dinner occasionally, get clothes washed and sleep. Condo is clean, comfortable with nice kitchen and the washer/dryer was used a lot. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms adequate. The building and furnishings are dated but comfortable. The location is excellent. Close to great restaurants and the beach is about a 4 block walk. Very quiet but it was off season. I would stay again at this location.

Love the View from the Balcony
The condo is exactly as listed. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, very peaceful and relaxing. This is an excellent location, perfect for everyone who wants to walk a short distance to the beach. The kitchen is outstanding, makes me want to do a kitchen remodel and get the same things they have there.

Nice condo in a great location
The condo was exactly as described on the VRBO website. The process of booking the condo was easy and the Property Manager responded promptly to emails. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location - easy access to stores and restaurants.
There was a swimming pool on the premises, which we enjoyed during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others.

Quick relaxing trip
Property was very easy to get to and find. Inside was as-described and we settled in quickly. Pool was great, neighbors were friendly. Great place for a fraction of the price of a lot of places in the same area. Highly recommend.

Great Location. Spacious but in need of attention!
The location was fantastic. Size of the unit is good. Furniture and unit itself is in need of updating for sure. The unit also could use better cleaning service. Appreciated the nice linens. Hope this helps. May be willing to rent again, however went back to Marco this past weekend and rented a really nice hotel room for less than what I paid for this unit.

Clean but outdated decor. Some repairs needed
Spacious, clean, great view of the pool but not the ocean. Walking distance to ocean wasn't bad. Some repairs were needed in the master bath. Shower doors hard to open/close..track needed cleaned. Few tiles off the wall between shower & toilet. Screen broke at front door. Decor was nice but could be updated. Fully stocked with kitchen and linen supplies. Beach supplies with cart a plus, made walk to beach easy. Overall it was comfortable. Very quiet (it was off season and only a few owners were there). No one was at the pool which was nice. Pool was clean and water was warm.

We had a great trip and a great stay! Close to the beach (which was beautiful), fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, neighborhood was great!
Only minor complaint was the washer and dryer is super small and to wash the sheets and towels before leaving was more time consuming than I expected.
Would stay here again!
