This irreplaceable apartment features: - 1 bedroom - fresh and remodeled bath with shower - an inviting front yard and trees. - private off street parking for one car. - front porch to watch Boulder go by - a main living room with wide planked, warehouse style flooring. - a gas burning fireplace. - bistro style table . - flat screen cable TV - private WiFi When joining us you will arrive to a home which is 'rental ready' sparkling clean and complete with bath soaps, shampoos, personal paper, basic kitchen needs such as salt, pepper, coffee maker/filter and all appliances. The bed shown is a queen size however, it’s been replaced with a king. The couch shown has also been replaced by a longer neutral colored newer couch. - fresh flowers upon arrival. - two sets of all cotton sheets - extra soft comforters and blankets -vintage style stamped tin ceiling - a full gas kitchen - comfortable couch and chairs perfect for curling up with a good book. - the bedroom opens to the front porch which is mostly private and has wicker chairs for relaxing over coffee or a drink. -close to trails, parks, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and all Boulder has to offer. I appreciate and cater to the discerning traveler who looks for convenience, style, clean abundant living, and the diversity this property offers. This property is among long time and full time residents. This is not meant to be a 'party property' so please make other plans if that is your intended use. We enjoyed our stay in walkable downtown Boulder in the historic area. Comfortable bed, clean, short walk to Pearl Market area, short commute to various areas of interest, good communication, free parking space, easy check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Location is great as you are close to everything. Shops, parks, hikes. Bed good size, very comfortable. Accommodation great, kitchen good and nice and spacious. Rusty was very attentive. There is no washer dryer so you will need to get your clothes laundered.

This is our second stay. Enjoyed walking to hiking trails and to Pearl Street restaurants and stores. Off street parking is great perk.

So close to the action!

The location is excellent! One block from Pearl Street Mall. We spent four days in Boulder and were able to easily see many parts of the city via public transit, walking and e-bikes I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place close to downtown.

Loved staying in Mork & Mindy. Bigger than the pics show so great for my wife and me. Bed is SUPER comfortable! Living room very relaxing to chill out in after long hikes. Kitchen well stocked for meal prep. Porch is also so relaxing to have a beverage and watch the world go by. Will definitely stay at Rusty’s place again!! Nice Boulder vibe.

The apartment is located one block away from the main street of Boulder. It's a quiet, lovely location that allow easy access to hiking and biking. The apartment is clean and has all the basics. As the description says, there is no washer/dryer or dishwasher. The only surprise was you enter into the bedroom. Sharing the porch allowed for friendly exchanges between guests. Rusty, the owner, was always available if needed.

Traveled to Boulder to reunite with an old friend, do some fishing, and enjoy the town and it’s other recreational offerings for a few days. Communication with the owner was excellent, the check-in/out process was a breeze, and the place was tremendous — clean, well furnished and equipped, and just as described and shown in the photos. We were happy to have the charcoal grill out back, and spent many hours catching up on the front porch and enjoying the cool CO air. When at the rental, we explored the neighborhood, which includes an active bar and restaurant scene and lots of retail shops within close walking distance. Whether you’re planning a getaway with your significant other, a family vacation or just a trip with a friend who doesn’t mind trading off nights on the couch, you couldn’t ask for a better place in a more perfect location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this place! :) It was easy to contact Rusty about anything and he was helpful in some emergency situations. The location of the place is its biggest advantage! We are going to be back next year and willprobably try to stay at the same place :)

Loved this wonderful place. The location is great, just steps around from Pearl street and you have parking! Enjoyed just sitting on the front porch taking in the beautiful scenery. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here 5 nights. We hiked the Flat Irons one day and Rocky Mountain National Park two days. The location of the place was one block from Pearl Street which has almost endless food, shopping and entertainment options. Rusty was always available for any questions. I could not have expected. anything more or better from our experience. Like the description says, at night it is a very quiet experience which we appreciated.

Great location! On a quiet side street yet just a block off Pearl Street and close to food and shopping. An older house converter into modern apartments. Great for this couple. We walked everywhere in town. The off streets parking spot was great as we had a car to drive up into the mountains auto hike!

We had a great time here. The location is amazing for walking to Pearl Street. It was small but great for the price. Comfortable bed, good shower head, nice solid wood floors. Not luxurious but we weren’t expecting that. Enjoyed our stay a lot. Perfect for a couple.

Super location, convenient parking in a neighborhood where finding a spot is often a real challenge, and nice amenities. Made me feel like I was back at home in Boulder again. Definitely will look to stay here next time!

This was a great place to stay- home away from home and sweet retreat. Location, location, location. I had no car but that was not a problem- close to all the shopping, the library and workout trails. The bus service was also great- easy and again close by. So thankful for my time here. The location was unbeatable. It would have been helpful if there had been more instructions on how to find the property - the number is on a tiny sign in a parking lot and you couldn’t even see the house from the street. The unit was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is extremely tiny and there wasn’t any soap - I had to buy some before showering. I also was confused with the air conditioner. It was unseasonably warm and I didn’t realize there was a portable unit instead of central AC. The unit was very quiet and clean otherwise. Thanks for letting me stay.

Unit 935 was PERFECT for our stay. It was literally 1 block away from everything in "downtown" Boulder. Right of Pearl Street. The unit itself was clean, updated, cozy. The little back patio was great for a cold beer on a warm evening. Tanner was the perfect host, offering answers to any questions we had. Hope to come back again!

Stayed there for almost 2 months and loved it! cozy and right next to Pearl Street, best place to enjoy Boulder without having to drive anywhere. Highly recommended!
