LOVELY fully furnished home in an idylic tropical location for quiet relaxation and still with access to everything you’d want for a perfect vacation. Great Fishing! Bring your boat! Or just fish from the dock and enjoy birdwatching. Only about 15-20 minutes out to Charlotte harbor by boat and surrounded by great kayaking waterways. Fishing Gear and two quality kayaks available for guest use. If you love the water and outdoor water sports of all kinds, this is the perfect place for you. And the SUNSETS are gorgeous right from the pool! Enjoy the tranquility of our newly renovated home with a large caged heated pool, 3 bedrooms, (king, queen, 2 twins) & 2 full baths. Close to Punta Gorda, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the favorite Boca Grande Island by boat or by car. I love this spot because no one is directly across from the house on the canal, or on either side of the house, so it’s has lots of privacy! •Fully furnished, very quiet & clean, 3Bed /2Bath / 1400 sq ft / Large HEATED POOL • Modern kitchen with lots of cabinets and granite countertops. Great for entertaining! • Large Closets in every bedroom. • Hi Speed Internet / Cable TV provided. • Suitable for up to 6 people. • Deep water Sailboat Canal w/ Dock available. • This is my own 2nd home and is it fully furnished with everything you need. • Very Serene w no traffic at all, yet just 10 minutes to major shopping areas. • Very close to the Punta Gorda! A popular nightspot with great dining options. • Close to many beautiful beaches. (Englewood, Boca Grande, Venice). • Tampa and Busch Gardens to the north less than 2 hrs away. • (Dogs considered depending on size, age, and # of occupants)

We had a great stay and looking forward to another visit next year. Port Charlotte is chocked full of restaurants and shopping. Most restaurants delivered as well so we could enjoy an already prepared meal poolside. Punta Gorda is close by and enjoyed eating out at Fisherman’s Village and the Crab Shack. Anga is a wonderful host. We didn’t lack for anything. Having a dock available for our 16’ fishing boat worked out perfectly. We fished almost daily and enjoyed our catches on the grill. When not fishing, we had fun exploring the canals. While the weather was a bit cooler than normal, we were able to enjoy the pool on occasion and we were quite cozy inside on those rainy days.

We booked this residence for Christmas 2023. It was everything we expected and more. We have stayed at many places in Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte. This by far had the best backyard (pool, hottub, sunning deck, dock, view) of any place we have ever stayed. The house had everything we needed. The neigbors were great. Carol came over everyday with her golden doodle to play with ours. They had a blast. The cul-de-sac was very quiet. The morning coffees outside and the night time in the hot tub were two of our favorite things. The sunning deck was amazing. We saw many fish and a dolphin from the dock. The privacy on the canal with no houses across from us was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Traveled with my son and his partner. Property was just as advertised. Loved the quiet residential location. Pool was larger than I'm used to in Florida and that was great. Did a lot of fishing in the canal and caught multiple species - shark, black drum, snapper, sheepshead. I would suggest bringing your own fishing equipment. One note - it would be nice to have some more beach towels for the pool as there was only one in the house. Anga was terrific about answering any questions immediately and was very helpful. The neighbor was very nice. Thirty minute drive to the beach wasn't ideal, but it was very doable. I would most defnitely stay here again.

We picked Anga’s home as a place to escape to and we did just that! After a 24 hour drive we checked in no issues were able to unpack and relax. Her home was very inviting and clean. With beautiful pool canal views! Anga was very helpful and quick to respond when questions came up. She also gave us recommendations of where to go and what to see! We loved our stay and hope to be back some time soon!

The house was very clean, although the sheets on the twin beds had spots on them. So we just opted to buy and use our own sheets. All the others were fine. We really enjoyed using the pool and the kayaks. The neighbors were nice. And the whole neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. So we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house.

From the moment I entered the house I felt instantly at home. The lanai was wonderful from early morning coffee with the birds singing and the fish jumping to a glass of wine in the evening. Thank you Anga for sharing a little piece of paradise with me.

The house was lovely! The pool was beautiful! Whatever brand the king sized mattress is, I need to know! It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Every detail was considered and we enjoyed our time there. It is a residential neighborhood, so no nightlife without a bit of travel. We went to escape the gray skies of March and returned refreshed!

The property had everything we needed to have fun! A heated pool, a hot tub, kayaks, and a canal and dock for our boat! Caught some nice fish from the dock, too! Very quiet neighborhood added to the peace!

Once the weather warmed up we enjoyed the nice size pool until then we used the hot tub. The view is very nice and the dock is great. Unfortunately our boat was not available to use this trip. My family used the kayaks to go watch the sunset over the canals. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were very nice and good communication.

The house was great, clean and well-kept. The location was very convenient and the fishing dock and the kayaks were a favorite with the family. Will stay here again if we get the chance. My nine-year-old son liked it so much he wanted us to buy the house!

Thoroughly loved our time here. The place was immaculately clean. No dust bunnies in the corners. Appliances modern and fully functional. Bed is super comfortable. Pool, as others described larger then it looks in pictures, and the temperature is perfect. The dock was perfect for fishing (caught 37 inch drum, lady fish, mangrove snapper, toad fish, catfish, Sunshine Bass,). The stay was peaceful, We know the area and love it. Close to shopping, bait stores, beaches, and easy access to I-75 if needed. We already have a second trip planned and can't wait.

This home was exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful home in a great location. Beautiful view of the water and our family enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the sunset. The whole family enjoyed swimming in the pool which was much larger than expected. There are so many beautiful beaches within a short drive but our favorite was Boca Grande. Excellent communication from the hosts and gave great details about everything in the home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful property with great access to Port Charlotte Harbor
We spent several weeks at this property and couldn’t be happier. The dock and boat lift were awesome. It allowed us to fish and explore the harbor and surrounding beaches, without the hassle of pulling a boat and trailer around everywhere. You can’t beat Cayo Costa. Pool was great to cool off after our adventures. From this property you can explore close to 20 different public beaches within a hours drive. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

we loved every minute staying at this house. it was perfect. house was great , the screen in porch and pool were fantastic. being on the canal was wonderful view and watching the sunsets. lots of fish jumping. great fishing right from the dock. We came to see our grandchildren compete in a National Swim Meet Competition, the venue was wonderful and just ten minutes from this home. We spent a month there, enjoying the heated pool, hot tub, and view of channel. We had great space, 3 bedrooms, dining area, and kitchen nook for our jigsaw puzzles. It was near beaches and great restaurants.

Wonderful Location!!
My wife and I stayed here for 2 months while we looked for a home of our own in Florida. This place was very peaceful and clean. The canal was just amazing and the heated pool was awesome. We hated leaving because it was so comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and were very responsive to any requests that we had. The neighbors were super friendly and very welcoming. There are many beaches very close and plenty of chain restaurants and local pubs and bars. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice peaceful place to lay your head at night.

Beautiful Stay On Charlotte Bay
We hated to leave! VERY quiet, friendly neighbors, the pool maintenance gal was a sweetheart and we became friends ;) Everything we needed was there (could use some new pool towels) ;) We were able to dock our boat right there and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon cruises on all the canals. It was a real pleasure. Thank you Agna ;)

Peaceful and clean
This is a very peaceful canal front home with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. The home is cozy and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we were very comfortable. The owner was so sweet and very easy to work with. We would stay there again and highly recommend.

Nice Home - Beautiful Neighborhood
My husband & I spent the month of March here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Location is very quiet but a short ride to anything you need. The heated pool is wonderful as is the master bedroom suite. The canal is wide, quiet and no development on the other side. We saw many fish jumping and alot of the native birds visited us often. Wonderful place to spend some time.

We stayed for 2 weeks and this house was perfect!! Our kids enjoyed the heated pool on the cool days!! We loved the location of the home!! We would definitely stay again!!

Great place to relax
Great place to stay. Check in/out was a breeze and house was very clean. Was there for a month and enjoyed the pool, the sun deck, fishing, and kayaks. Place was 5 to 10 min away from gas, grocery, and restaurants. Very quite neighbor.

A Little Paradise
We spent most the month of March in this beautiful home. The house is even nicer than in the pictures. The master suite was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the large shower. We practically lived out by the pool. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Thanks to the wonderful owners for sharing thier beautiful home!

A wonderful vacation to remember
We stayed for the month of February. Everything was ready for us with a few bonus items (a hot tub and a sunning deck). My family was very impressed with the view of the canal and the foliage across from us. We would love to come back next year.
