La verdad la atención de Armando en el Kayak para ver el amanecer fue excelente y muy agradable. Lo felicito.
En el restaurante tardaron 2 horas para entregar un hot-dog. Pésimo servicio en cuanto a tiempos.

La atención muy buena, la habitación regular, la piscina y el parque muy lindos. Muy bien predispuestos durante toda la estadía.
Me parece muy mal que no facturen. Reservamos siete habitaciones y no quisieron emitirnos factura por ninguna, ni por los consumos, con la excusa de que booking retiene impuestos y que no ingresaron los fondos en su cuenta. Les pido por favor que solucionen el inconveniente ya que reiteramos el reclamo varias veces y para el grupo es un gran perjuicio, además de ser absolutamente ilegal.
