We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hut was very easy to find and access and communication from the owners was detailed, very friendly and thoughtful. The hut is in a lovely secluded part of a large garden close to the small town of Moville. It is immaculate, very well equipped and much more spacious than we had expected. We appreciated the breakfast items and toiletries and all of the local information leaflets and books provided by the owners. As users of public transport we found it easy to access buses to/from Derry and to beauty spots such as Culdaff and the ferry to Magilligan Point. We found the walk between the hut and the nearby villages/towns on both the (lovely) shore path and on the path alongside the road to be very safe and straightforward to access. The hut was the perfect base for exploring Inishowen as well as being very comfortable and cosy. We were sad to leave!

The Shepherd hut had everything you need and cleverly designed so it felt spacious. Set in a lovely private location it is ideal for exploring Inishowen. It is walking distance to the beautiful shore walk between Moville and Greencastle. Eileen and Paddy are very welcoming and I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Absolutely fabulous hosts, the hut is just gorgeous, so well equipped and private, the bed is so comfy, their are lots of extras included and the walk into Moville is short.
