Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Gehdistanz (über Treppen oder etwas länger über Stassen) zum Busbahnhof, Hafen und zur Altstadt. Trotzdem war es in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Die beiden Balkone sind sehr wohnlich und bieten einen bezaubernden Blick aufs Meer. In 1 Minute war wir an einem sehr schönen Stadtstrand. Die Klimaanlage war unverzichtbar und kühlte die Wohnung herlich. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Überhaupt war die Wohnung mit allem nötigen eingerichtet und ausgerüstet. Das galt auch für die Küche mit dem Indikationsherd, der einfach zu bedienen war.
An den penetranten Katzenpissegeruch im Treppenhaus gibts kein gewöhnen. Wir hoffen auch, dass die defekte Sonnenstore nach Saisonende repariert oder ausgewechselt wird. Offenbar ist der Vermieter auch machtlos gegen die vielen Ameisen in Küche und Balkon. Tipp: Alle Lebensmittel (auch Brot und Teigwaren) in den genug grossen Kühlschrank. Im modernen und praktischen Badezimmer störten nur die braunen Kalkstreifen im WC und die Stockflecken an den Duschenrändern. Wir vermuten, gutes Reinigungspersonal und Handwerker sind auch in Korcula schwer zu finden.

Apartman je lijep, prostran i ugodan za boravak, a posebno su nam se svidjela dva balkona s dobrim pogledom. Lokacija je malo udaljenija od samog centra, ali to je ujedno i prednost jer je mirno, bez gužve i buke. Do centra se može lako doći pješice.
Parking je moguć na ulici ispred apartmana, a ako nema slobodnog mjesta, u blizini se nalazi veliki besplatni javni parking. Komunikacija s domaćinom bila je brza, ljubazna i vrlo ugodna.

We really enjoyed our stay on the island. We were thankful for comfy beds, and that view is magnificent. Overall, we had a safe place to stay that provided us with a place to relax, do laundry, and enjoy our vacation. We loved the cats and kittens! Host was responsive.
The property needs a LOT of repair and a deep clean. The shower door(s) were still/ are broken (according to previous reviews). There is a shower curtain hanging by zipties to replace a door that wasn't there. Kitchen faucet is extremely wobbily and barely hooked in. There were ants as stated in other reviews. Lots of dead ant bodies around, which signals they are trying to get rid of them, but still live ants in the bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen area. I don't want to list out all maintainance issues because I am sure they know but I am hopeful when the season slows they are able to make the repairs and deep clean, that is much needed.

Great location, nice washing machine, good amenities except missing a coffee maker.
No coffee maker- it broke before we arrived.
