Property was great. The unit was very functional. My only complaint was there were NO coffee filters anywhere to be found. Plus there was only one bag of coffee there even though we were staying for 2 nights.

Pros: Great location, close to everything. Has everything you may need for your stay. Check in was easy. The property looks like overall well maintained and cozy.
Cons: 1. Communication could be better. The manager never got back to me on whether they have a pack’n play in the condo (just said they didn’t have it listed as an amenity) so I lugged it halfway across the country only to find it in the closet. Note to parents: they also had a booster seat and a high chair that attaches to the table. Knowing this also could’ve saved me some space in the suitcase.
2. The state of some of the pots and pans is simply atrocious - nonstick coating all scratched up and peeling. We made do with one pan, i was afraid to use others for fear of having that coating in my food.
Overall, everyone was happy with the accommodations so I would book again.

I was impressed by this condo. The communication prior to check in was great. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the condo. The furnishings are in good shape and comfortable. The beds are quite comfortable. The condo is an 8 min walk to peak 8 (or a 3 min bus ride) My only complaints (both minimal) are that the pillows on the master bed are very flat and there is very limited space available for personal items, including clothing and food I would absolutely stay in this property again

meh. the unit is newly remodeled but the property is old and has trash all around. big issue with the ski locker and poor customer service handling. not worth the price point, and did not get value out of hundreds of dollars in "service fees".

My constructive criticism is you have to get the shower drain fixed. It’s very clogged, likely with hair.

This condo was super cute. It was clean, very well stocked, and in a good location. The stairs getting to the front door could be a problem if you have any mobility issues or heavy luggage but that is clearly stated in the description. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and really well equipped with everything you could ever need. The location was perfect too. We were a 10 minute walk to the base of peak 8 and the gondola ride, which was free and only a 10 minute ride to Main Street.

From start to finish, we had an absolutely wonderful experience! Booking the property was a breeze with Evolve and the local manager was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in.
The property was clean, well stocked, updated and right down the road from the top of the gondola. I will definitely be staying here in the future and would highly recommend anyone to stay there!

Great Location
We stayed for a week and truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is a half mile walk down the mountain to downtown Breckenridge. My husband and I had to work during the week and our daughter had plenty entertainment provided in the condo with games and books. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything just bring your food. Condo was clean and perfect for our time in the mountains. We would definitely book again.

2020 Spring Break Trip
This property is very clean and has nice amenities. Plenty of space for everyone and it is very close to the bus pickup for Peak 7 and 8. Its about a 2 min walk to the bus stop and its the last stop before Peak 7. Also when coming back from Peak 8, its the first stop on the way home. I would definitely stay here again. I did have a problem with the TV/Internet service when we checked in but they resolved it the next morning. The cable provider had to send a tech onsite Sunday morning so it was all fixed up by the time we got back from slopes. Awesome customer service!! You can't go wrong staying here! We will be back!

Great family vacation!
We enjoyed staying at this apartment on our family ski trip in a great location. Only a few minutes with the Shuttle bus away from Peak 8 and 2 minutes walking distance to the Nordic Center (Cross Country Skiing/Snowshoeing). Everything went very well as communicated via E-Mail before check-in. The apartment is newly renovated, with beautiful furniture, decorations and very comfortable beds. We will be back!

This property was clean and up-to-date. Had everything our family of four needed.
The location was in between Peak 8 and downtown area. It would be a decent hike over to the actual Peak 8 area, but it is only a short 3-4 minute walk to the Gold Camp shuttle stop. These free shuttles run every 15 minutes throughout the day so it was pretty easy to get up to Peak 8 and also down into town. Additionally, we valeted our skis/poles up at Peak 8 so didn't have to lug them to/from the stop each morning/afternoon. Parking was easy and not far from the actual unit. Unit is on 2nd floor.
Again, no major complaints about the unit. Only suggestion would be to have fans available in the closets for future guests. None of the rooms had ceiling fans and it got a bit stuffy at night. We cracked open the windows to help with circulation. Another odd feature was that the thermostat (Nest) would change from time to time ... we would set it and then when we came back to check it had been changed to a different setting ... we wondered if the owners were able to change the settings from their own phones.
Anyway, all-in-all we had a great time and would stay there again.

Winter Wonderland!
Had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. Very comfortable and clean home. Thoughtful hosts had many games for kids, spices in the cabinets, and TVs in the living room and bedroom. Rented a car and there was plenty of parking right by the apartment. Short drive to peak 8. Would stay here again!

Nice interior, but not really ski in/out
Pro: The property is from the 1970s so is quite old, however the interior has been remodeled and is VERY nice.
Con: I booked this with the understanding that it was Ski in / Ski out. It's not. I called the property manager and asked and she didn't know so couldn't help. Good thing I had a rent car.
