My daughter and I stayed here for the volleyball AAU Nationals. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having a well-stocked kitchen and access to laundry after long days of volleyball. The location was great and within 20-30 minutes from the convention center. We took backroads which cut down on the heavy highway traffic. Mary was quick to respond throughout the entire process and even kept us updated on weather/power outages that occurred during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for my two daughter’s AllStar Worlds Cheer Competition. It was perfect for 6 of us. It was clean, private and a great location. It was within 1/2 hr to the convention center and Universal. 15 minutes away from grocery store and gas station. No one knew anything about the zip line and rock climbing across the street though that was supposed to happen at a discounted price. We will definitely stay here again.

Place was perfect for our family to stay, kitchen was nice, all the beds were comfortable and we even found a pack n play in the closet we didn’t know was there! Only thing I’d say is that I wasn’t aware it was a second story unit which would have been a problem if we couldn’t do stairs but for us it wasn’t a problem! I’d certainly book there again and greatly enjoyed our stay!

We had a very nice stay. Lots of things to do on the property and very close to stores, shopping and amusement parks.

Place is organized and clean. Location is near the Disney world..the owner is very responsive and keep you updated..it was an awesome stay 😊

This location was perfect for our trip to Disney and Universal Studios. The unit was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the access to the pools, and other amenities that were available to us. Mary was an amazing host! Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here with my husband and two young children. It was affordable for what we needed (we booked a last minute Disney trip and really just needed somewhere to sleep). We added in a rest day in the middle of our stay because it said that the two pools on property were heated. Only one was heated. The splash area/pool was ice cold so really not able to be utilized as we had intended which was a bummer. The unit is really in need of a basic facelift (several runs and lifting in the carpet, edges of the carpet could use a good cleaning, under/behind couches could use a good cleaning) but the owner messaged and said they anticipate a renovation this year. We moved the couch because one of our kids dropped a book behind it on the first night and there were some wrappers. I didn’t realize this was a second floor unit which didn’t bother us but might be helpful to know for others (I don’t recall seeing it in the listing but perhaps I missed it). It was nice to have the laundry available. Overall, I would probably stay here again if the situation came up.

Unit was just what we needed for 4 adults. Easy, quick drive to Universal and Disney with great amenities. Working with Mary was awesome and she was a quick text away with any questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Mary was absolutely hands down a great host! Very attentive and responded quickly. The location was great! It was clean! In a great location and our children loved the pool and use of the other amenities of the neighboring resort. I HIGHLY recommend this property. It is a short drive to and from the Orlando Airport.

The condo was great and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Very nice “neighborhood” and location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Overall we had a great stay. We were only 10-20 minutes away from Disney. My only complaint would be the bed was uncomfortable and noisy.

We loved the bed. It was very very comfy. The space itself was great. We had an issue where the smoke detecor went off overnight and the owner came quickly to replace it. I felt terrible that I thought it was a high one we couldn't reach but it turned out to be one we could reach so I apologize for that Mary! But she was very responsive and attentive. There were quite a bit of ghost ants if we left anything out they were in it the next morning. But overall was a great visit.

The condo has everything we needed and the community was very nice. The pool was very nice and not crowded at any time of day. The host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!

The property was just as pictured. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The furnishings are a little outdated and there are very basic kitchen supplies; however, this did not bother us at all as we were literally there just to sleep since we were at the parks all day. The amenities are nice and it's nice to be able to use the neighboring complex (Calypso Cay's) amenities as well. The owner was very responsive to us and even checked to make sure everything was up to par. Will definitely rent here again when we are in the Orlando area.

Owner was very responsive to all texts and messages! The condo is in a great location and we loved the amenities of the neighboring resort (5 min walk) and spent lots of time there! The condo itself is a little dated but everything we needed was provided to cook meals and have a great home base for our Orlando adventures! Thanks for a great stay!
