We are a few steps from Piazza di Spagna, from the shopping streets and a few minutes from the Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon in short, the most convenient place to visit the Eternal City!
For us, being hospitable with our customers is the most important thing. From the first contact for the reservation we answer with all the information requested. We often organize transfers to and from the airports, we recommend what are the most beautiful and important things to see, how to move around the city, the best restaurants, the best pizza, or what are the theatrical events, sports or music not to lose.... We are always present at check in, to finally meet our guests. This is an important moment in which we illustrate the services of the house and its rules. We speak English, French, German, if requested we can arrange personal shopping service, cooking lessons, babysitting, private chauffeur service for city tours or transfers to and from the airport

The property is beautiful and in a central location. Great restaurants in this surrounding area. The host, barbara, is outstanding. Constantly checking to see if everything is OK and extremely helpful in booking tours, reservations, etc. Would highly recommend the property to others

The property was amazing? Very spacious and clean with 3 separate beds each with their own bathroom/shower. The property is very centrally located within minutes of the Spanish Steps. There are also restaurants all around. One super nice convenience is there is an elevator in the building which makes it easy to get your luggage in and out. It also has air conditioning and laundry if you need it. Our host Barbara couldn't have been more helpful. She responded usually same day to all our questions and we super accommodating. She even arranged our transports between airport, cruise port and apartment. She met us at check in and was so friendly and kind she made the whole process so simple and easy.Excellent property would stay here every time I visit Rome.
