Located in Long Beach, this charming condo for $249 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. WE ONLY RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING THE BUSY SEASON (MARCH-OCTOBER) & MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT! Security will check at the gate. Welcome to our 1 bedroom, 1 bath beachfront condo! We are located at Long Beach Resort, Tower 4 on the 8th floor! Our condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. We purchased and renovated our condo in 2016. We have a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, 2 large flat screen tv’s, dining area for up to 4 guest, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and tile flooring throughout. The living room tv is a "smart tv". The kitchen is equipped with blender, traditional coffeemaker, toaster, and other necessities for cooking. This condo was designed for coastal living, relaxation, and comfort. The most important aspect of this condo is the VIEW. Our unit has wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area to the bedroom. Out of the sliding glass doors of either room you will find an oversize balcony where you can sit and enjoy the world’s most beautiful beaches and watch the dolphins and other wildlife. We have 2 chairs with a table and ceiling fan on the balcony. We cannot wait for you to come and enjoy our vacation home! A few other great features of our beachfront condo: -FREE BEACH CHAIR Service! Includes 2 free beach lounge chairs & umbrella reserved just for our guests ($175 value, seasonal service March-October) -Carefree check-in- no key required, electronic key pad with an easy code for you to remember, and no extra trip to an office to check in and check out. -Stackable washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience -Iron/ironing boarding -Bathroom has tub/shower combination and is accessible from bedroom and the living area. -Amazing floor plan on the 8th floor. All rooms ocean front. The view is what it truly is all about! -Wireless internet throughout the property. -Onsite parking -24 hour security gate access. -This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Long Beach Resort amenities include: -1300 feet of sugar white sands and emerald waters -Beautiful landscaped grounds -Large lagoon pool with waterfalls -2 heated pools -3 hot tubs -Poolside bar and grill (seasonal) -2 onsite grill and picnic areas for guests -2 ice machines on property -On-site jet ski and parasailing rentals, banana boat rides and more -24 hour gated security

This condo was absolutely perfect! Perfect location! Perfect facility! Upon arrival, checking in was so easy and the condo was clean and very welcoming - plenty of room for the two of us, and the view of the beach from our balcony was wonderful, especially at sunset. Steve and Kim, our hosts were great to work with as well.

This condo is in the best location of Panama City. You are within 5-10 min of absolutely everything. The condo was very clean and everything as advertised. The view is immaculate. We also really enjoy the gated parking lot. Owners are very responsive as well. Would recommend staying here for your next vacation.

We really did enjoy this condo. Beautiful view with high deck furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. AC worked perfectly and kept it cool as it is so hot and humid this time of year in FL. It appeared clean and nicely decorated with beach decor. The only cons for us was the firm mattress (which definitely hard to please everyone in that category but FYI) and the oversized outdated soaker tub for the only shower. It's a little stained and old but honeslty worked fine. May be hard to step into for older or those with limitations. Overall, it was a nice condo and we had a good week with no issues. Close to many restaurants and WalMart right up the street.

Well to start it smelled very musty when walking in .. while taking a shower noticed water leaking fron the ceiling which i have video proof of it.. the main problem was that the balcony door in the bedroom did not lock was rusted and the fact that i have a 6 year old is not safe at all ..all doors need to be able to be locked to ensure my child does not go on the balcony on floor 8.. got stuck in the elevator.. most of all there where cockroach in the room as well i have picture proof of that as well.the toilet made an awful noise while flushing.The room had not been dusted at all which triggered my allergies bad. For the amount of money spent on this room it was very disappointing .. part of the fees for this room was for cleaning ?? Cleaning what just the floor? ALSO when contacted property owner asking about how to lock the door when leaving the room was told to look at the email and nothing in that email was explained how to do so i had to figure it out on my own .. probably will never use this again..i will be giving a bad review because of all this.

You will love your stay! The condo is exactly as described with gorgeous views of the gulf. Check in / out was a breeze. Condo was clean, resort is clean and both well taken care of. We will definitely be back to this condo and the beach chairs were a huge plus!

Pictures do not do this condo justice at all! The room, the space is just beautiful and perfect, as well as the resort. The best part about the condo are the owners. You can email them, call or text them, and they always answer and help out. If something is going on within the resort, they are quick at informing you and keeping in touch. All in all, we have been coming to PCB for years and this has been the best condo and stay we have had in PCB.

Great condo to stay at and super clean. The larger balcony was a great addition to the room. Our only concern when booking was distance to the larger pool but the towers have walkways that connect straight to the larger pool between tower 2-3. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and perfect for the two of us. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo was very clean. You didn’t have the feel of gritty sand on your feet that you have in most beach condos. My husband travels with his own blanket and pillow because he doesn’t like sleeping without the comforts of home. But, he didn’t use his own blanket because he said it just “felt clean”…which says a lot coming from him lol. Also loved the short walk to the beach and having our chairs waiting for us so we could pack light. We will definitely be booking again :)

The condo was better than advertised. It was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our week stay. The beach chairs were a real bonus. They were set up and ready for us each day. What we loved most about the place was the size of the balcony plus the view from the balcony was outstanding. All of the information and communications from the hosts was spot on.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week, and we really enjoyed our time at this condo! The pictures are all accurate, and the condo was very clean and nice. We loved how you could see the ocean from both the main room and the bedroom, and how each room had a door to access the balcony. The kitchen area wasn't too small, and it was properly stocked with basic kitchen utensils and cookware. All communication with Steve and Kim was met with a fast reply and in a friendly manner. We even got to check in earlier than expected, which was great!
The Hangout Grill in between towers 2 and 3 is really good and I would definitely recommend any of their drinks over those at Pineapple Willy's! Overall, we loved the condo, resort, and location and will definitely use Steve and Kim again when we come back to Panama City Beach!

This condo is so cute! The pictures on here do not do it justice. It was such a cute beach theme and everything was very clean. The beach was not crowded and we met so many kind people there. Elevators were fast and we loved the gated parking. Location was great and easy to find. The view of the beach is breathtaking. We arrived 1 hour early because of a time change we didn’t realize (whoops) and the cleaners were there changing a garbage disposal. They were kind enough to let us in and even gave us their number if we had any questions about the beach. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend this condo.

My wife and I have been coming to PCB for years. This was our first time back at Long Beach in about 10 years. The condo was spotless, the views were outstanding, the bed was comfortable, and the elevators were FAST! We love having the beach chairs included and the pools always had plenty of room. We will definitely be back.

This was our third year staying at this condo. It is very clean, great location, easy check in and out process. The free beach chairs for the week is very nice. Owners are great to deal with. We look forward to staying again next year. We did miss the recliner in the living room this year. Lol

This condo was wonderful….exactly what we needed for our week long getaway. It sits right on the beach..picture long walks morning and evening and a view of the sunset from the balcony. Kim was very responsive to any questions we had which we appreciated. All in all we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks Kim!

The condo and resort were impeccably clean and the staff was friendly. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance both on and off the beach. My husband and I were quite impressed and are already looking forward to going back. I believe this may be our new favorite!
