About this apartment rental
Nestled in a courtyard of sprawling palms trees lies the entrance to your home away from home.
This 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor condo has a full service kitchen with granite countertops and nicely equipped with basics; includes dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, coffee maker, water kettle and hand mixer. Dish towels, dish cloths, placemats, and oven gloves also provided. Refrigerator has a Brita water filter pitcher and freezer has ice cube trays.
Condo includes walk in-closet, tile floor, air-conditioning, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, pedestal fan, 46” TV with Cable, wireless internet and is freshly decorated with a Floridian decor.
Sleep comfortably in the queen size bed with sateen sheets with quilted comforter. Queen sized sleeper sofa includes memory foam topper for more comfort. Bathroom has tub with shower with plenty of towels. Starter toilet paper and facial tissues included, beyond that is your cost. Cleaning and laundry supplies are available including vacuum, mop, cleaning towels and swiffer.
Neat & Clean laundry room is located on site, 3 doors down.
Condo is surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment and of course the beach!
Unheated pool is on site, fenced in and surrounded by patio, beautiful landscaping and palm trees.
Sunset Beach is less than 1 mile away, a 10 minute walk or short bike ride.

Unit can only be rented for at least 90 days or more.

I had a 4 month stay which was absolutely lovely. The location was terrific, I was able to catch the trolley right outside the door each week and go grocery shopping. A terrific bar/restaurant, Shrimpys, was a 6 minute walk away and I was a frequent patron. The hosts were so responsive to any questions I had and I was super impressed with the incredible neighbours. I can't recommend it enough.

We absolutely loved the property. It was a cute condo and with a pool and just within walking distance to the beach. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating! We appreciate the opportunity to stay and would definitely be back!

Perfect location for the beachbum in you. The condo is perfectly sized for a couple.
The bathroom is directly off the master bedroom. There is a huge closet. The owners were very responsive. Lots of great choices for dining and entertainment that you can walk too. Neighbors at the complex were friendly and helpful. On chilly days when its to cold at the beach you can relax at the pool. Pinella County has a bike rail that runs the entire county. There are great museums, restaurants and entertainment choices.
