Hotel rooms felt new, no stains or carpets or sheets or blankets as of August 2026. Extra thick blanket for cold nights in Nuwara Eliya. Hot water in shower was great. WiFi worked well. Common area was comfortable and quiet. Location very close to bus terminal.

I love the location it was just walking distance to the main Nuwara Eliya town....very easy to get meals from outside ...surrounded by food stores backeries and other stalls ...easy access to the ATM

Exceptional place and great value for money. Located in the middle of the town so easy to get to everywhere.
Ironically bit of hot in the room because I think we stayed in the summer.

We had a 1 night stay. Room was spacious, shower was good, linen was clean and large bed was comfortable, we asked for 2 extra pillows which were happily provided. Staff friendly and helpful, we needed some help with a taxi to Ella so this was much appreciated.
Location is good, we wished we had stayed a second night to explore the town area more, beautiful lake and botanical gardens close by.
Areas of the room were grubby like the sink and toothbrush holder, we didn’t use. Windows and carpet were not good either in terms cleanliness. Reception and first impressions were very poor, looked like a well used hostel rather than a hotel. We booked a deluxe room and as the bed and shower were good, it’s all we really needed for 1 night. We paid £30 for room only and our review would be higher if the cleanliness was addressed.
