시내와 가까운 좋은 숙소는 이곳!

시내 중심에 가까운 위치이다. 우체국을 포함해 걸어서 많은 곳을 다닐 수 있고 바로 앞 빅토리아 공원을 산책해도 좋을 것 같다. 그랜드호텔도 마찬가지. 애프터눈 티타임을 가진 후 걸어 돌아오면 적당히 소화된다. 친절한 직원분들이 하나부터 열까지 세심하게 챙겨주신다. 운 좋게 방을 업그레이드해주셨다. 덕분에 편한 방에 머물 수 있었다. 서늘한 고산지대답게 A/C는 없다. 다만 제습의 기능을 할 수 있는 것도 마땅치 않아 우기엔 조금 추우면서도 눅눅할 수 있다. 조식으로 나오는 바나나의 맛이 일품. 평생 살면서 먹어본 바나나 중 단연 최고라고 할 수 있었다.

Es war passend für uns.

Die Lage ist zentral. Nur 5 Minuten vom Zentrum und dem Busbahnhof entfernt. Ruhig gelegen, mit Blick auf den Park. Die Bettdecken waren warm, das Wasser heiß. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.

Nice staff but not comfortable room

Nice view really panoramic especially in restaurants, right beside the Victoria park, although I prefered it would be near the city instead of park, host was good, we had a good breakfast there

The room wasn't comfortable, humidity is high, I fill every piece of bed is wet,there is no conditioner, cool at night, I couldn't sleep good ,in all I prefer not to stay for sleeping in Nuwara Eliya later, maybe kandy or Ella is better

Great Hotel

We enjoyed to stay in a good hotel with comfortable beds in a good size. Perfect even for taller people! The pizza in the restaurant was great and the staff is really friendly and always helpful

누와엘리야 추천숙소

Robson을 비롯해서 친절한 스태프(특히, 키 크고 어린 친구)들에 감사하다. 우기 때문에 여기서 추천해주는 호튼플레이스대평원 투어를 못 한게 아쉽지만 가격 등 꽤나 괜찮은 상품인 것 같다. 그리고 여기는 아침보다 저녁이 더 맛있다. 데빌드치킨은 이 집이 스리랑카에서 제일 낫다. 안동찜닭맛이다. 할머님이 해주시는데 정말 맛있다. 할머니 잘 먹었습니다. 이 집의 장점이 빅토리아공원에 인접해 있는데 버스중앙정류장이 공원 위에 바로 붙어 있다. 위치가 굉장히 가까워서 버스 이용이 편리하다. 버스를 이용하여 람보다폭포-->블루프린트차공장 라부겔러(로스차일드,담로)차공장 순으로 투어하는 것을 추천한다. 조식도 꽤 괜찮다. 뷔페도 좋지만 사람이 없으면 아라까르뜨로 주는데 정갈하니 맛있다. 전체적으로 청결도 조식 친절도 이런 것들이 가격대비 가성비가 좋은 편이다. 누와엘리야는 딱 하루면 된다. 여기 머물면서 쫙 다 보는 코스를 짜 보길 바란다.

누와엘리야가 추운 편인데 난방장치가 없다. 집이 커서 굉장히 추운 편이다. 담요가 침대에 깔려있는데 여기 난방법이라고 보면 된다. 청결도가 스리랑카 내 타 숙소보다는 좋지만 역시 한국에 비해 많이 부족하다. 이건 한국이 지나치게 결벽한 상태를 추구하기 때문인데 여기가 이름이 호텔인데 눈높이에 안 맞을 순 있다.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Nuwara Eliya

Schön großes Zimmer , welches hübsch eingerichtet wurde. Das Personal war stets aufmerksam und bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es wurden individuelle Unternehmungen organisiert. Zu diesem Zweck wurde uns Chandra ein Fahrer/ Guide zur Seite gestellt, der uns mit seinem Wissen über Land und Leute begeisterte und mit viel Humor individuell in Nuwara Eliya begleitete. Die Dusche wurde anscheinend nachträglich eingebaut und läuft massiv aus, sodass das Bad schnell unterwasser steht.

el hotel está muy descuidado. las zonas comunes son desoladoras. la limpieza deja mucho que desear en todo el hotel. deberían darle un lavado de cara.

The hospitality is amazing. Clean rooms and amazing location, near to most places. Shaqeeb was excellent, he was a star,, very nice guy, you need anything, call Shaqeeb from reception 10/10 Sidney was best, he's a do-it-all. Don't forget to taste his tea 👏 Also, Nisa was very helpful and responsive throughout which made things easier for us. The owner upgraded the room for us in the same price. If I ever come again, I'll definitely stay here. Will miss these guys and Nuwaraeliya

Exceptional

The staff were very good, especially Sidney, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Sidney even lit the fire and moved our dining table in front of the fire as we were a bit cold. The breakfast was very good and the location was ideal. The restaurant was very handy to have an evening meal or pizza. The view from the room was very good.

The room was a bit cold but when we stayed there the weather was unusually cold.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and courteous, making our stay truly enjoyable. They even went the extra mile by preparing a delicious breakfast package for us to take on the road when we had to leave at 6 AM. The hotel rooms were spacious and thoughtfully equipped, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. Moreover, its central location made it easy for us to explore the city, as it was just a short 5-minute walk to the city center. From our windows, we were treated to a nice view of Victoria Park, adding a touch of natural beauty to our stay.

Quite cold in the hotel rooms. Bathroom strongly smelled like cleaning products for the whole time of our stay.

Bad smell in the rooms. Wash room door is broken. Bedsheets were old and not replaced. No towels in the rooms

Nice location. Breakfast was OK, not more.

Rooms with no heating, and it was very cold and rainy. The electricity was cut off for the whole day, we could not get out. And in the room, it was freezing. No generator.

Staff was nice

Very dirty room, mold in the shower and the towels smelled like puke. WiFi was very bad not even speaking of the wind coming trough the windows. The bed was also dirty. In the morning I got breakfast to go, it was the most terrible breakfast I ever had.

Our stay was not worth paying for.

Accessibility to the marketplace and other local areas.

There was no linen in the room and we had to request the staff to provide. Lack of preparation and planning. There were no toiletries in the bathroom ( Dental Kit) Room had an unpleasant moisture smell because of the weather. We asked for the room freshener only to be provided a glass cleaner.

It was ok

Good location. Good breakfast and dinner. The balcony was a nice place to hang out.

The room was damp and cold. We had to pay an additional £5 a night for a heater because the owner denied it was damp. The shower leaked everywhere as well as bugs in the bathroom. There was cups, teabags and coffee in the room but no kettle and a TV but no remotes. We were really disappointed with this place as the reviews were so good.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.The breakfast was buffet style and really tasty which had some varieties as well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting nuwara eliya

The staff were very nice and helpful with travel questions. The breakfast was really good and had much variety. The hotel was a short walk from the town centre, bus terminal and restaurants.

I had WiFi for about 20 minutes in 4 days. The kind staff brought a modem to my room but that didn't work either. But at least they tried. TV didn't work either - problems with aerial

Location was right in the middle of town, the room was big and the balcony overlooked Victoria Park. The staff were super friendly and there were lots of blankets for the cold night!
