Pro: great and helpful staff. The staff went beyond helpful. The room was clean. The king room was very spacious. The bed was super soft and very comfortable. Great location.
Con: they used a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet, which caused the sheets to not stay tucked in. It caused the sheets to bunch up on the bed. If you want really hot water, I would suggest taking a shower at off peak times.
