Great location within walkig distance to restaurants, stores, and the historic center. The staff was friendly and very nice. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend it ans I will be staying here at my next trip to Puebla!

Room was clean. Heating /cooling is shared with other rooms so depending on what demand load is cooling may take precedent if you might desire heating. The location was amazing as it was 3 short blocks to the Zocalo de Puebla, the heart of the Historic Center. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Casa Sabino is an excellent bistro right next door.

Staff was very helpful. I need my medication to be chilled, there was no refrigerator so I went to ask and them help me keep it cool. Very clean and well kept rooms.
