A very homely and cosy bnb with thoughtfully designed facilities. The breakfast was spot on. They had indian as well as continental options. The staff were very supportive and cordial and also accommodated our requests for early check in and helped with other facilities.

Beds were nice. They gave water bottles every day. Heritage property with antique furniture. The reception area is very interesting. Breakfast was good. Hot breakfast and fruits and juice available every day. Quiet place other than when next door construction was going on.
Next door property construction sounds were very loud throughout the day. You can hear all the sounds from the room next door. Rooms should be deep cleaned once in a few weeks as the curtains were very dusty and stuff was falling on the beds from the curtains.

Room was spacious and comfortable, location is away from the main roads and traffic
Poor communication, room service was done only on request, and we weren't informed of this. The bedroom floor was not clean. A few minutes barefoot in the room turned the soles of our feet black and no bedroom slippers were provided. Bathroom mats were also not replaced after room service. Not worth the premium price, though rooms are spacious and comfortable.
