It's very well-designed property, have stayed a few times. The staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful.
I opted for a breakfast and dinner option, but to my surprise -dinner was not a buffet. Which should be mentioned I feel, then I would not have opted for the same. But to compensate the staff went out of their way to make me com

Excellent hotel in all respect. The best is the morning breakfast which is fabulous. If you are staying there then definitely try their granola, freshly baked croissants and wonderfully made omelettes. One of the best and my favorite hotel in the city.

The hotel made me feel like I was at home, the staff was extremely hospitable and warm and made sure all our needs were met - be it early checkin by a few hours (unusual for a hotel to do this), breakfast was served everyday with sandesh (something we had casually requested and they made sure we got it everyday especially for us). Chef Mandeep would personally come see us after every meal and check in. His momos and Ema Datshi were delicious. The hotel location is excellent. They have a lovely lounge too at the rooftop which was great to meet up with some local friend. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Breakfast food quality was very good, all chefs & assistance staff were very helpful.
Shout out to following staff who were manning breakfast service - Dolly, Arpita & the chefs helping with ad-hoc items. 5 star for cleaning duties - Ria.
Last but not the least although they have a very small gym with minimal equipment, 5 star for highly helpful gym instructor Rajkumar Das.
Rooms are very small and cramped, in general not recommended for one who suffer from claustrophobia.
Also general ventilation was poor and common corridors were smelly.
