The property needs to improve the interior while it is not suitable for a family stay due to space constraints.

Just okay

Was just okay for a quick stay.

Some of the staff was excellent, others not as much. Room itself was decent, not great. I think for the price there are better properties closer to the action in Kolkata.

Great little hotel - would stay here again!

The location (southern avenue) is great - peaceful yet at the heart of the city. The food was very good - both Indian and continental. Staff was helpful as well.

Additional services like car bookings were delayed despite prior commitment.

Staff were ok.

Room was not provided with basic amenities. Hair dryer broken, water heater broken. Sure not worth of money . oyo Has better facilities at 1/3 of price.

Cheating by the staff and overcharging

We had booked a double room at the property providing the guest name. On arrival, they insisted that thought it is a deluxe double room meant for 2 people, we need to pay extra for the 2nd person to stay. The staff was rude and unhelpful and because it was night and we were tired, we were forced to pay extra when we had booked a proper double room. The sheets and towels in the room very not clean.

Frankly , if the staff had little sense of hospitality attitude , they could have had done a better.

The location of the hotel was just right for the purpose I had visited the city, that's it.

The picture shown in the portal is too much hyped . There is no proper or adequate size lobby ( perhaps it is less than 50sq.ft.). The 1st impression was disappointing . The room (144sq.ft) is really too small besides there is a PILLAR in the center of the room . The walking path inside room between bed and TV is so narrow , if little bit casual , head will bang on the Set-Up-Box stand .

Overall awesome experience.

The ambience was great. Professionalism of the Reception people were above expectation. The rooms were very spacious and very well maintained. Location is perfect.

when we both were coming back to the hotel from outside, the reception person , asked the id in such

when we both were coming back to the hotel from outside, the reception person , asked the id in such a way as if my boyfriend is sneaking me inside the room at late night, which was not the case, we submitted the ids when we were checking in to the 2 ladies who were there at the reception, they forgot the update the details in the system. Unacceptable behaviour.
