Conveniently located to the main two bus terminals - walking distance away (for foreigners). Secure entry through the shop locked up at night.

RGC is a great place to go to if you are on a tight budget going to tarlac for a short stop or few days to take care of some small buissnes,..it's not a vacation spot it's more for people that have buissnes in the city. Staff are welcoming and there is a store that is open 24/7 for your convenience a comp shop or piso net they call it it's a few walks away from city walk mall..So if your the person I discribe with the needs in tarlac city but not looking to spend a vacation expenses RGC is a place i strongly recommend..
