Le personnel est exceptionnel et sait très bien répondre à nos besoins! Étant végétariens, ils ont su nous accommoder avec d’excellents repas végétariens. L’emplacement du logement est idéal pour faire la randonnée du mont Pinatubo. Il est même possible de réserver directement avec l’hotel; nous le recommandons vraiment!
La propreté des chambres n’est pas extraordinaire. Le ventilateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas et tous les murs de la chambre avaient des coulisses d’humidité. Sachez également qu’outre la randonnée du mont Pinatubo (d’une durée d’un avant-midi) n’y a rien à faire à proximité du logement.
