Excellent location close to Shinjuku with near direct access to metro system on the same side of the road whilst being in a more relaxed part of the city, modern building with various facilities
Rooms do feel particularly small with very little space for storage, elevator situation is also poor for the size of the hotel (i.e. wait times and being crammed in with others)

Location was great. Room was clean, great shower.
The food at the restaurant was not good, we had to seek out alternatives.
