The en-suite bathroom includes a convenient tub-shower combo ideal for soaking after a long day in the sun. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed and a soft neutral beach theme, providing a peaceful haven for additional guests. The guest bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a large vanity perfect for getting ready for a night out and a stunning walk-in shower adorned with beautiful tilework.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and a large bar counter, offering plenty of space for meal prep and family gatherings.
Dining and Living Room: The spacious living room flows into the dining area, which comfortably seats six, with additional bar seating perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying casual meals. Dated condo which needs more comfortable furniture and mattresses and outdoor furniture. Mattresses and Sofa’s aged and hard and uncomfortable. New bedspreads would be a plus. Patio furniture stained, and table cracked. Bathrooms need complete renovation. Windows didn’t open. Location of condo and facility good with ability to walk to the beach and easy access to Captiva. Pool excellent. Cost reasonable.
We would return but prefer to stay in a more updated condo with screened porch.
As first time renters, we were not aware there were three levels of possible rentals; standard, enhanced and super enhanced.
