About this house rental
Tranquil island living just fifteen minutes from downtown Key West. Stay in and enjoy breathtaking views of the pristine bay and coral-lined heated pool and spa with waterfall, or take a short trip and experience the remarkably unique island of Key West.
Completely remodeled two-story, five bedrooms, and four-bathroom home. You can enjoy your privacy as each level has its own separate entrance, living and dining room, two bathrooms, and full kitchen. Entertaining large groups is no longer a challenge with the two fully equipped indoor kitchens in addition to the outdoor one.
The second level living room has a 30-foot floor-to-ceiling glass door that folds completely open and connects to a huge outdoor patio. Guests can enjoy a unique entertaining experience utilizing all luxury elements within the home or spend a low-key afternoon listening to the comforting ocean waves.
The property features two master bedrooms, one on each floor, both with king size beds, private bathrooms and spectacular ocean views. The remainder three bedrooms are all furnished with queen size beds. In addition, guests can sleep comfortably on the queen sofa sleeper located downstairs. The first floor is fully handicapped accessible. Each of the bedrooms and living rooms include smart TVs. All bedrooms on the second level have additional private access to the ocean-front patio.
Complete outdoor pool bar/ kitchen with professional grade Weber grill, beer kegerator, wine refrigerator, sink, and granite countertops. Bring your fresh catch from the dock to the outdoor kitchen. The home is set up with everything you need to cook and enjoy a great dinner outdoors. Make the most of your trip by taking advantage of the property’s private boat ramp and 43 x8 foot dock with full access to both Atlantic and Gulf side.
Plenty of outdoor activities! Guests can explore the surrounding with the kayaks included at the home, simply launch them on the ramp next to the dock. There are plenty of lawn chairs and outdoor patio furniture to comfortably entertain all guests within the party.

Enjoy an evening watching the stars in an oasis type scenery with plenty of landscaping lights.
The home is located within walking distance to several neighborhood attractions: tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, playground, all with night lights, mini golf, picnic and grilling area, public boat ramp, sandwich shop, restaurant and worlds famous Baby’s Coffee.
There is plenty parking and storage available in the home’s fully gated, large front yard.

We had an absolutely incredible stay in the Florida Keys this spring! This home exceeded every expectation and was the perfect place for our group of friends and family to relax and enjoy island life. Cris was wonderful to work with — communication was prompt, friendly, and seamless from start to finish.The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The oceanfront setting was stunning, with peaceful mornings by the water and unforgettable sunsets at nearby waterfront restaurants. The outdoor spaces quickly became our favorite place to gather, relax, and soak in the laid-back Keys atmosphere.We loved kayaking from the property, swimming in the clear ocean water, and fishing from the dock. Playing pickleball nearby and walking to the local island coffee shop afterward became one of our favorite routines. The two-story layout with kitchens on both levels was perfect for our group, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy while still feeling connected.The location was ideal — close to restaurants and activities while still peaceful and private. This home created unforgettable memories for all of us, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for the perfect Florida Keys getaway!

We stayed for an entire month and were not ready to leave when it was over. So many things to love; location, privacy, security, proximity to Key West (close, but not too close) and plenty of space for the whole family. We enjoyed the pool, the kayaks, fishing off the dock, and walking to Baby’s Coffee most mornings. There are so many distinct areas of the property; the tiki hut, the pool, the deck, the dock, and we enjoyed every space. Communication with Cristian was fantastic, both prior to and throughout the trip. Information about the house was complete, everything well marked, and he responded nearly immediately when we reached out. He even contacted us proactively when the power went out briefly to several Keys. We have stayed in many rentals and this is one of our favorites. We are already discussing dates for our next visit. I had been looking for a home in the keys to host our family and friends for our wedding anniversary, and also for my husband to invite several of his senior business partners and their families to join us for a retreat. I am glad we came across this property; it met all our needs and some! All our guests were very impressed with the home, amenities, and the location!
We hosted a wonderful week-long celebration with family. The view is amazing, with multiple sitting areas, where we enjoyed the sunrise and peaceful, quiet evenings. The upstairs patio was one of my favorite spots for my morning coffee enjoying the breeze. Another perfect spot for reading in the shade, or just listening to the waves is the tiki hut. We found ourselves spending allot of time at home as we were a larger group. This home’s resort feeling grabs you, no need to go anywhere else since we also used Instacart for shopping. The kids loved the pool, and the adults found themselves in the jacuzzi almost every evening.
After our family departed, Cristian arranged for the cleaning crew to get the home ready to host my husband’s business partners and their spouses. The home lay-out worked perfect for our group. It enabled us to have privacy; both upstairs and downstairs have full-kitchens and dining areas. The outdoor is very large and we were able to spend several evenings together, grilling at the pool. For the price point, it worked out great compared to booking several hotel rooms where we would not have had the opportunity to spend time together as a group.
We have been renting in Key West for many years, but this was by far our best choice. The home is located on the Atlantic side which brought a great breeze every day eliminating mosquitos.
Both the home and outdoor area were very clean and well-maintained. Kitchens are fully stocked with everything you can think of.
The host, Cristian, was very responsive both before and during our stay. He answered all our questions so we can get ready for the trip and recommended several places for activities, boating, fishing, and great restaurants. He even arranged a private chef for us, to cook an amazing meal for our family at home after a fishing trip where we caught mahi mahi’s and wahoo. We felt very comfortable after talking to Cristian about the property. We found it is even better than he described it, and we had an incredible experience. We already booked for next year’s trip!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. My husband and I were able to work, and we had our adult children and their families visiting us throughout. The home is great for multi families, it has a fully stocked kitchen upstairs and one downstairs, and an outdoor kitchen. The house is very well equipped with anything you might need for a longer stay. It is very clean and well maintained. We have requested additional weekly cleaning during our stay. The cleaning crew, pool guy and landscaping team were very respectful and discreet as they did their maintenance. Aesthetics and functionality as well as quality of household items and furniture are important to us, and we realized this has it all. We felt just like home. The property is fully gated around, which made it easy for Jace, our 5-year-old poodle, to feel right at home and accommodate very fast.
It is conveniently located within walking distance of a park and a coffee shop. We would walk over to Baby’s coffee each morning to get our coffee after watching spectacular sunrises from the backyard. There are several indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, where our large family was able to stay together but also break out in smaller groups. We used both the 2 indoor and the 2 outdoor dining areas, and the additional tiki hut where we spent most evenings enjoying the ocean breeze. The landscaping is very unique and well taken care of, giving a tropical vibe to the outdoors. We also enjoyed picking tropical fruits, the mangos were in season, we had them every day. If fishing is your thing, this is the place to stay! My husband and grandkids were fishing off the dock every day and even caught a few grouper, which made delicious tacos. We were only about 15 min from Key West, so it was easy to go out and explore the town. The neighborhood is quiet, so we enjoyed peaceful evenings at home on the back patio and pool . There are multiple seating areas outdoors with lounge chaises. Pool is shaded in the afternoon, so we were able to enjoy beautiful evenings in the large, tropical backyard. Our kids loved kayaking around the island and exploring the area on water. The main attraction was a sandbar located across the water, only minutes away by kayak or paddleboard. We regretted not renting a boat sooner as we had a great week of boating from the house to both Atlantic and gulf side. The host, Cristian, was very responsive and answered all our questions. We will definitely return!
