Welcome to Capricorn Condos with Rent On Padre! Ahh, the memories of coming to the beach when you were a kid. This property will take you back to that time. This is a fabulous 2BR/2BA That Sleeps 8. You get a King size bed in the Master, the Second bedroom has bunk beds, with a full on the bottom and twin on top. In the living room, you are provided with a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a twin size sleeping chair. This beautiful condo is located in the middle of the island! You can walk many places, plus you are a block to the beach. From your back patio, you also have a fantastic view of the Bay. I am sure you will capture many fabulous sundown pictures from here with a margarita in your hand! You can also rent the other half of this duplex for a large group! Please contact us for details! Nearby activities include: Golf, Tennis, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, Movie Theater, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants. Old and smells
Lots of bugs
Even on beds, restroom and ants in kitchen
Remotes didn’t have batteries and couldn’t use TVs in bedroom.

The place was a little outdated. But it was cute. Loved the porch. Our family got quit a lot of enjoyment out of it. And loved the painted rocks. What I didn’t like is the condition of the place. We paid for maid service, but had to leave in condition it was left to make it easier for them even tho we paid for cleaning. My family always does clean but the insistence or being charged was pretty rude. Especially when we paid for maid service. Normally I wouldn’t be upset. But there was a huge female a** print on one of the couches with semen all down the front. So this tells me housekeeping rushes. Also the chair was full of disgusting caked on dirt. We just sat on the kitchen chairs it was so gross. So I believe we pay for cleaning just to get beds made and fresh towels. What made matters worse is I emailed them the night we arrived and I had to call at 3 pm because the body fluids where still everywhere. Mind you we took a 8 and 4 yr old. I definitely will not rent here again. And I don’t advise it. It was very unhealthy circumstances for my family and we actually pay for the sanitation. That’s the worst part.

When we arrived the place was not clean: It was a mess from previous tenants! Had to wait for crew to come in and take care of things . Other than that It was all good. Would give it another chance in the future.

Nice and straightforward stay. All that you need only thing missing is a washer and dryer. Great location with a short walk to the beach.

I had a lovely visit, wish I could have stayed longer, however, I booked last minute and it was already booked for the weekend. Melissa was wonderful! Love the front & back porches! Place is a true beach house and well extremely clean and I am a clean freak. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great location to beach
Price was equivalent to property. It was clean and had the basics and allowed for our dog. Can’t get a better value that close to the beach! It’s about a block away from beach access- bring a wagon to load your stuff in and you’re set to just walk there!

Rental was easy. The property is dated. No pool near the beach. Thought there was a way to wash towels. 7 people 3 nights even reusing with humidity they do not dry. Kitchen drain leaks.

I had reservations for 05/30 to 06/02. I regret to inform you all that I will be ending my stay on 05/31. Due to the fact that, the property was not as described and after speaking with your after hours clerk Michelle "whom was not helpful at all. I know it may not mean much to the owners, because they've already gotten their payment for the days. But, i will make sure to leave a Google, Yelp, and Social Media reviews about this property. It stated there's a beach view, plus the photos that where online showing the property didn't match up. There's stains on the couch, bed and lining. In this time of Covid, you would expect for things to be cleaned properly. In the guest bathroom, it appears to be mold on the outside of the vents.... The toilet brushes are sitting there look as if they're yellowed which may be urin, I'm not sure.... I was very upset and surprised that the property was not in better condition. It stated there's free WI-Fi, which was a lie.. Also the television in the main bedroom, only showed two channels, which were in spanish and kept going out every 10 secs. Not only am I out of the money spent here, but I had to find a last minute condo to accommodate myself and my companion.
I most definitely will be following this complaint up with vrbo to inform them of my displeasure with this property.
