Very peaceful and tranquil
Really nice rooms, very big and clean
Excellent air con
Staff very friendly - one of guys (I think his name may have been Harry) spoke excellent English and helped us out so much especially translating with our didi driver and our suitcases
Breakfast very nice and very quiet
Perfect hotel for relaxing

Complimentary food and drinks in the room as well as breakfast included in the price
Shower flooded the entire bathroom including behind the bath tub due to the design of the floor
No gym or swimming pool (but probably due to the location)
Seemed like a lot of food wastage for breakfast since alot of food is displayed yet very few guests at the hotel - they should move to a cook to order system rather than buffet
Tv was a bit too small and slow for the size of the room
I think the crisps placed in the snack drawer were out of date too
Location wise - central Hangzhou is about 30-40 mins but half way to the Matcha Lake too

الخدمه روعه مكان جميل مكان خاص دخول فقط الي عنده حجز بالغرفه الامان بكل مكان ان موظفين يمشون بليل اشوفون مكان ، ومساحه الغرفه علي الغرفه ممتازه، وللامانه خدمنهم سريعه واي شي تطلبه بسرعه يوصل لكمبى واساعدون بشكل ممتاز
ماكو شي للامانه بس شوي تحسين لغه الانجليزي او احد يتكلم عربي
