Welcome to 'Beach Charmony', Located just 1 mile down the road from the beach, you will be just moments from fun in the sun and sand. All the amenities that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer is at your instant disposal. If you want to catch some waves, fish off Surfside Pier (fishing equip. supplied), spend the day boating, or watch the sun rise at the beach, it's all just minutes away. Beach Charmony is located in the family oriented area of Surfside Beach. It's surrounded by over 80 local area Golf Course's. Mulitple Miniture Golf and Water Parks for the whole family to enjoy. It has it's own centrally located pool set on the side of South Bay Lake. Newly updated for 2022 with brand new floors, Living room and Dinning room furniture. Complete with pool side lounge chairs, charcoal BBQ's, and picnic tables. It's an ideal place to unwind, grill and enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset over the lake! The condo itself has all the charm of home. Located on the ground floor it is just steps from the pool and has a second entranceway to the parking lot for your convenience. An electric Fireplace sets the charm in the Living Room which opens to a Sunroom to accommodate the whole family. The Master Suite has a Queen size bed and it's own full bathroom. The Second bedroom also has a Queen bed and the Third bedroom has two twin beds to sleep 6 comfortably. A second full bathroom is centrally located. The Dinning Room and open Kitchen w/ breakfast counter, complete the Great Room area with Wide Screen cable TV/DVD. The unit also has a Laundry room with a full washer and dryer for your use. We would definetly sty here again. The property was very well appointed with everything we needed. Mark was great with communicating with us and the unit was clean. It was 100 degrees when we were in SC, but the AC and pool did not disappoint. We likes the decor or the place too.

Very nice place and well stocked. Check in and out was very simple. The pool was great and never crowded. There was plenty of parking and it is less than a 10 minute drive to most places in the area including the beach access lots. We would definitely stay again!

This place was in a great location. Very close to the parking lot and first floor which was very convenient for loading and unloading. Short walk to the pool which wasn’t crowded at all. The condo was very clean & fully stocked with everything you’d need. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very easy to get to and when we arrived the place was very clean. There were plenty of bath essentials and everything we needed for the kitchen. Overall great experience and stay.

We got there a little early from our drive and we where able to check in early the manager was very friendly. We put all of our stuff away and got to go grocery shopping which was right around the corner the people where very friendly and nice. There is a gas station and a dollar general and food lion grocery store just a block away from the location. There was so much to do out there with kids they definitely enjoyed every minute out there. The pool was a plus to have there too some days we just stayed in and enjoyed the pool with very friendly atmosphere. The cottage is very well equipped with everything that is needed. There is a washer and dryer there to be able to wash clothes, towels to use for the shower and pool, pots and pans to cook. It's a very spacious, comfortable place to spend your vacation. I would highly recommend this as a nice, quiet place to vacation.

We loved going to the beach at Myrtle Beach State Park. It was much more quiet, had easy parking, and all the amenities you may need. They also have a pool about 20 steps away from the unit.
Owner got back to questions we had in a timely manner.
If you're ok with not staying directly on the beach, I highly recommend this property!

1. Noise from above is distracting at night
2. All beds were extremely uncomfortable. If the property owner is willing to drop some coin on this rental, I’d suggest quality mattresses and bedding.
3. Cookware warped, needs an upgrade.
4. Your fridge is trying to “throw a rod” when the compressor kicks in….quite loud, distracting.
4. Nice TV in extra bedroom plays DVDs. It would be nice to stream in there.
On the positive side, quite clean. as advertised. Easy check in check out.

This is our second year staying here. The condo is as advertised and is well stocked with anything you could need for a beach stay. The use of the MB state park pass is amazing. Mark is easy to communicate with and is timely with his responses.

Nice clean house ,location was great seem like everything the kids wanted to do was 30 minutes or less only thing I didn’t really care for is it in a apartment complex and I’m not a big fan of that. A little noisy from the neighbors upstairs other then that we loved the place the kids had a ball with the pool outback

My family and I spent a week here and had such a wonderful time. The location is great, close but not too close to all of the sights and sounds of the beach. The condo is equipped with all that you may need and more. The state park pass was an added perk that we really enjoyed. I highly recommend Huntington Beach if you like wildlife. We will definitely be back!

When we first walked in, we were just in awe. The space, the decor, this place had everything! Perfect for our family of 6. There were games, beach towels and an umbrella! Made us all feel like we were home. If we come back to South Carolina we're definitely gonna get in touch with Mark or Jean! Awesome people and a great place for a vacation!

This was for family to visit a a terminal ill member of our family. I can't thank the owner enough for the help he gave us. 6 siblings stayed in a very clean/ comfortable condo, well equipped with more than we needed. A very good location for anyone wanting to get to beach/ restaurant's, & just 10 minutes away from our family. Or just wanted peace & quiet. Thank you Mark we will definitely be back on a happier occation.

Place was wonderful and very nicely kept, lots of goodies stocked for your convenience. Quiet condo area perfect location to the beach. His South Carolina state park pass was wonderful, saved us so much money and opened our eyes to the state parks. Much Less crowd than mrytle beach. Also garden city beach near the condo was one of our favorites, clean and less populated.
There was a day mark emailed me to let me now they were working on tv cable and hoped I was enjoying my stay it was so nice for him to give us a heads up. We just watched movies mainly when we were there. He has a good selection of movies.
Overall really great stay! My family and I would be delighted to stay again!

Location is a great a really near everything to the strip to Myrtle Beach about 8 mins to drive.Mark is excellent response to you as soon as you reach out and Jean and great as well spacious only thing I would recommend maybe television in bedrooms in case after a long day of shopping or adventure you can just relax in your room and find a great movie,however again place is great access to games to play grill pool so much

My husband and his family decided to go on a family trip together and I chose this location. Mark was very quick with response and anytime I had a question, I was able to contact Jean whom was awesome as well. It was close to beach and grocery store and so much more. The property supplied everything you could possibly need to feel like you are home and at the beach at the same time. We enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay again. We stayed here to be close to family who live nearby and visit the beaches. This condo was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen. The complex was very quiet and close to everything. Our kids loved the pool and feeding the swans and ducks right by the pond. The beach was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

My family and I stayed at Beach Charmony not for a vacation or celebration but in connection with travel for a funeral. We were very pleased with the facility and found it comfortable, peaceful, and well able to meet our needs. I cannot add much to what the other reviewers have said in terms of the condo itself -- it is clean, pleasant, and well equipped without being cluttered; the owner was prompt and helpful in providing information about it. I'll add that the complex itself is pleasantly small and was very quiet when we were there, with a nice border of trees between it and the nearby road. We would definitely stay again and I hope may have the opportunity to do so on a happier occasion.

We loved our stay here! First time staying this far(1 mile) from ocean. The condo and pool area made up for the short drive to beach. This was our first trip to Surfside, but will not be our last. Great location. Out of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach but close enough to get to everything. This unit was situated on the first floor of the building which made it convenient for elderly guests. The unit was supplied with many of the the things a vacationer would need for convenience and comfort.

The property was in excellent shape and funished with all the ammenities you will need. It is close to the beach and most anything you wish to do in Myrtle Beach. We had a great time with our three children and hope to return again soon. Quiet neighborhood and pool make relaxing here a vacation in itself.

I absolutely loved this place! It was everything it was suppose to be and more! Right on the bottom level door right near parking lot, very clean and roomy, close driving distance to the beach with plenty of parking! I will definitely stay here again! See ya next year!!

This was a cozy home away from home rental. We visited the MB area with another family and small children. This condo worked perfect for us. It was fantastic to be able to have a place where the kids could relax and nap between trips to the beach or pool. I enjoyed being able to actually wash the clothing and not have to bring back loads of dirty clothing. It was also nice having the kitchen to make meals. The condo was very clean. The only negative thing I can even note was that I had assumed there were 2 state park passes, but there was only one. We had 2 cars so we were never able to go to the state park. Everything else was terrific. There were so many extra personal touches that we appreciated that I cannot even list:) We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to all.
