Comfortable rooms, plenty of space
Non-refundable fee should be factored into the original price. To force customers to either pay a non-refundable £40 damage or a £500 refundable deposit with a £10 non-refundable fee is ridiculous and we have never come across this through booking.com before. The kitchen rubbish bin was also not emptied before we arrived and it was full of old food from the previous customers. The heavy fire safety doors also made it hard to interact across rooms.
