The house had absolutely everything we needed, and the location was perfect the city centre was only one bus ride away which was only around the corner and it was right next to a lovely park which was perfect for walls and taking the dogs! The house itself was lovely and clean and had plenty of space for all of us and all of the amenities in the property really helped us feel comfortable during our stay. Honestly 10/10 couldn't recommend more and we will definitely be booking this property again for our next visit!!
We loved everything about the property and had no complaints except for a few mentions about the mattress being slightly uncomfortable but we reckon that's just because they have been used so much so it wasn't really a bad thing as it didn't affect anyone negatively but I'd say that's the only thing to comment on really?

Excellent value for money. Great location. 30 minute walk into York Centre. Great park opposite. Co-op 5 minute walk.

Clean property but tired and in places. Could tell it was a diy finish but having said that was nice.
Had to clean the garden as a lot of dog poo left from precious guests. Wasn’t a good start. Could understand one or two missed by the cleaner but there was literally loads of it.
Mattresses not to our liking, not much sleep was had.
