Good location needs a refresh

The location was great really central.

Lots of steps to get up to the apartment. The overall apartment could do with a clean with it was fine but could do with a lick of paint and be fresher up as it looks very well used.

Property Fails to Meet Basic Safety and Comfort Standards

Location is very good for traveling People.

The property was disappointing and did not justify the price paid. 1. Not suitable for senior guests — There is no lift, which makes access extremely difficult. This should be clearly stated in the property description. 2. Bathroom exhaust not functioning — Despite raising the issue, nothing was done, and it remained unresolved for all three days of our stay. This made using the bathroom very inconvenient. 3. Living room carpet in poor condition — The carpet is worn, unpleasant, and urgently needs replacement. 4. Bedroom carpets pose a safety risk — The uneven surface is a clear hazard, especially for older adults, and significantly increases the risk of falls. 5 Doesn’t have parking, difficult to find one. It costs more that night prices, if you travel by car. Overall, the property falls short on basic comfort and safety standards. It is not worth the price given the condition and lack of essential maintenance.

Great apartment, great location

Well presented apartment in a fantastic location with everything seeming to be just a 10/15 minute walk away including parking.

I would have preferred to be able to open all the windows (I could only the cupboard window opened) but the apartment was cool and fans provided in every room.

The location was great really central.

The flat was a comfortable size

Right behind there was a Yates Beer garden that was packed every night of our stay thus no sleep until the early hours. The walls in the flat were not clean. The entrance and staircase was filthy. No lid to the bins.
