Cozy , roomy flat ,well laid out , large kitchen with tea and coffee and microwave
A little further from City Centre than ideal .Steep stairs may be an issue for older people

Brilliant location, comfortable beds & sofa. Kitchen really well equipped. Host was friendly & contactable and allowed us to check in early for a fee.
Quite a bit of dust. Also the main problem was the duvet cover smelt of BO in the attic room, thankfully spare sheets were in the room so we could change them ourselves

Good location, a short walk to the centre of York. We stayed for 2 nights and the facilities were fine for our requirements. It was very useful to have a parking space just outside the door.
It was dusty and some of the towels didn't look very clean. The fridge was very noisy.
