Apartment location was fantastic, so close to Charles Bridge and the sights of Prague, with plenty of local amenities nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean.
Key collection was on the other side of the city close to the train station, which meant some careful planning of our short time in the city to collect the keys and travel to the apartment. Not a big issue though if you're staying longer or arriving into the city close to the train station.
There was no air conditioning in the apartment, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep during the summer heatwave with only fans in the apartment, but this might not be an issue at other times of the year.

Mi è piaciuto tutto! La posizione, la comodità, lo spazio, la tranquillità sebbene fosse in pieno centro e tutto a portata di mano.
Assolutamente nulla da dire...anzi lo consiglierò a tutti e se dovesse ricapitare di andare prenoterei nuovamente qui.

Localization is great, the apartment is really big and quite well maintained.
You have to pick up the keys on the other side of the town.
The object claims to have private parking which is a straight up lie, you need to pay around 30% for private parking in the area, but you still need to book it individually and then get your luggage across town from the parking to the room.
You can easily find cheaper option with breakfast and parking already included in the fees.
