The room was clean, nice, it had a lot of sunlight and the ventilation was adequate. The venue location was close to local shops (e.g. Aldi) and tram stations to get to the city center. The price was good considering that I booked it 4 days before and for only one night. Good experience overall.
Usually we would receive 4 towels, 2 body towels and 2 hand towels, but we were given only 2 big towels. Not so much of an inconvenient because we only stayed for one night, so we managed. However, an aspect that I didn't appreciate at all was that the radiator was closed ("AUS") and the room was terribly cold when we arrived. I understand that it's the end of March, but it has been a very cold week in Leipzig, temperatures dropping under 10 degrees Celsius (the maximum during daytime, not to mention the night temperatures).

The flat is huge and very spacious. The rooms are very comfortable. The place has a fully equipped kitchen. Overall, the place was clean and good. There was a problem with the internet but I will have to say the owners did everything they could to fix and in the end they managed. To me this showed a committment to fix any problem. The communication was very fast and they were very good showing that they take this very seriously to make your stay comforable. The location is nice as it is past the Eisenbahnstrasee. We had no issues staying in the area. Also there is a supermarket and many shops around.
Perhaps the daily price can be lowered.

Sauna
Everything in the apartment was very used and old. A cover on the sofa in living had burn holes in it from cigarettes probably. Living room/kitchen Windows were literally next to the bins outside. Couldn’t open the windows because of the bins view and garbage smell
