Located in West Beach, this lovely house for $661 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Lagniappe II is a Gulf-front home located approximately 2.6 miles west of Hwy. 59 on West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores. Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). **Not available for Jan/Feb longer-term rentals. No College Groups--Please note we are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 14 adults. Hangout Festival weekend there is a $1000 refundable security deposit. This Gulf Shores beach home has two levels with a ground floor entry and offers outside enjoyment from a very spacious main level deck. The second level also has an outside deck that is covered. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the common areas of this home with carpet in bedrooms. The main level of Lagniappe II features a Gulf-front living area that spans the width of the home, a dining area, and a large fully equipped galley kitchen with a tiled bar for additional seating. There is also a laundry facility and half bath located on the main level. The bedroom on this level is located on the northwest side of the home and has a king bed with a private full bath. The second level of Lagniappe II features a common sitting area with access to the outside deck; there are four bedrooms as well as two full baths. Both Gulf-front bedrooms each have a king bed while one north side bedroom has two queens and the other has two double beds. The northwest and southwest bedrooms share a common bath and the northeast and southeast bedrooms share a common bath. Lagniappe II is a non-smoking home. Note: Lagniappe II requires a seven-night minimum stay from Memorial Day to mid-August and rents only Saturday to Saturday during this time.

My family has suffered great losses this past year. My children and I lost my mother and father (their only grandparents). We also lost my husband ( their father). This is our first holiday without my husband so we thought we would start a new family tradition. We were able to visit with some nearby family members as well. It was a wonderful trip filled with food, fun , family , friends , beautiful sunshine and the beach!! We loved it!! It is our happy place.

Overall we were happy with this rental. The house was as we expected from the pictures and reviews. The location was great. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi (we had two college students with us taking summer classes so internet was necessary) and the issue was resolved right away. The house could use a deep cleaning but overall it was good. The beds were comfortable. The ice maker was a game changer, loved it!

Great communication from hosts leading up to and during our stay. Ice maker was broken, but someone was by within 15 minutes with bags of ice for us. We had our own, but there was lots of great beach gear to use.
Good distance on both sides from public beach access which made this spot less crowded. Very good kitchen layout with plenty of tools and dishes.
If you cook most of your meals, bring ice chests for extra cold storage as the fridge is standard size and a little tight unless you make regular trips to the store- which is easy enough.

Property was as described. Great location. Living room furniture could stand to be upgraded. Air conditioning stopped working but after calling a maintenance person came in a couple of hours and fixed it. One downside was only one bath towel, wash cloth per person. The free tickets for several activities were much appreciated.. All in all, a very enjoyable stay for our family of 12.

Great house for larger groups. The view and location were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked. The only issue we had was the ice maker was not working. I notified the management team and they brought over a couple of bags for us. Overall, great experience!

This property is perfect for larger families. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space. The living area and dining areas are bigger than the pictures show. The beach is in the backyard. We have been coming to gulf shores for over 20 years, and a house right on the beach is by far our favorite beach trip experience. We have already rebooked for next year.

The house has a perfect view of the beach from its great room and porches. The house is away from the public beach which made it very private. The kitchen is HUGE for many hands in the kitchen. We hope to stay here again. Management was timely in responding to 1 issue that was just an “FYI “ comment, rather than a “need”, so they have their guest as priority.

We had a great time on our first trip to Gulf Shores. The house was plenty big, had comfortable beds, and the beach was beautiful. One of the upstairs bathrooms could use some TLC but other than that the house is in great shape. The ice maker stopped working the day we arrived and it wasn’t able to be fixed but we didn’t let that ruin our trip. We will be back!

We have rented this house for several years now for our annual GIRLS Beach Trip during ShrimpFest. We absolutely have loved this house. Perfect location, perfect set up as far as bedrooms / bathrooms, etc. We thought we had found our forever house to rent each year as we have been doing this trip for over 13 years now. We had ALL INTENTIONS of rebooking for next year...until....we went to rebook and the cost had gone up over $2500.00 for the SAME exact number of days during the SAME timeframe. We have now been OUTPRICED unfortunately of the house we love so much!! I did question the amount and was told that due to insurance and the renovations they were going to be doing to the bathrooms that they had to increase the price. But over $2500.00??? As much as we love this house, we did not rebook / could NOT rebook at the new total price so we had to find something else within our budget. We are heartbroken, but it is what it is. If you are willing to pay this price, then this is a great house for a large group. Great location, kitchen very well stocked, bathrooms do need some repair / upgrading, but overall we would definitely recommend staying here if the price works for you. It unfortunately no longer will work for us due strictly to the price increase.

We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and clean. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. We saw dolphins and sting rays. The grandkids had fun playing in the sand and water. The swing area with decking and a picnic table was a nice plus. I hope we will be able to return some day!

It looked like they may have had new railing built which was nice and safe for children. The furniture was nice chairs but they were too low and the new railing blocked the view to a level we didn’t like. Update the balcony furniture and you will have yourself a solid 10 rental.

This was our first vacation blending families (adult kids and teens) and it was so nice to arrive and not have to be concerned with bedroom setups etc. Very spacious and clean. Mgmt was very communicative - emails with lots of details on how to make the most of the stay .. and also texts checking in on us. We had one thing that required maintenance and they immediately responded and fixed. Would definetly stay here again! Thank you for providing all the things to make the stay enjoyable (dishes, pots, pans, games, beach toys etc - perfect!) To be directly on the beach was incredible - we all left having enjoyed our stay!

It is closer to the beach than many other homes. It is also close to restaurants (by driving) but still in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. This was our 49th year to spend a week at Gulf Shores filled with joy to be with our children and grandsons. By far, Lagniappe has been the best location, house, arrangement of rooms and bathrooms, large kitchen and wonderful large dining table, pantry, and divided living area. I must admit that we all missed the swings. The water was “angry” for four of us in our eighties. The waves were too strong for our balance. We did find ways to enjoy the beach. Our daughter is an artist and she painted many scenes of the angry water. Our grandsons loved the roughness. Thank you for making everything so comfortable.
