Enjoy a get away in paradise! This beautiful second floor appartment sleeps four comfortably plus a sleeper sofa! Situated in prestigious private EVIAN, you are nestled between the golf course and the beach!
Shipyard Golf Course has three 9 hole golf courses open to the public.
Within the Evian community there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, Pickle Ball courts a pond and bicycles trails throughout.
The Master bedroom has a King bed, walk in closet, Roku TV with ensuite bathroom shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of closet space, and a bathroom with shower. There is a laundry closet equipped with washer and electric dryer. The living room is open and spacious with sleeper sofa if needed a ROKU TV and a large dining room table. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. A private balcony with high table will enhance evening hors d'oeuvres while watching the alligators and golfers cruise by.

A beautiful condo in a wonderful location!

Tennis courts were unavailable to us due to resurfacing. TV didn’t work in bedroom. Otherwise the condo was as expected. Could have used a larger pot in kitchen.

We had a great Labor Day long weekend. The island was crowded but we enjoyed a quiet, peaceful, clean, and accommodating property. We will stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and it was beautifully decorated and the location (across the street from the pool and tennis courts) was perfect. Highly recommend!
