About this apartment rental
From this top floor beachfront condo, you can hear the waves rolling onto the beautiful white sand beaches just feet away. Schools of dolphins and flocks of pelicans are among the vibrant ecosystem you can appreciate from the balcony or beach. Our comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is tastefully furnished and equipped with all of the amenities you expect. Linens, bath towels, utensils and other essentials are provided so that you can just make yourself at home the moment you arrive. This condo has been renovated with wood planks throughout the condo, , granite countertops, a new king size bed in the master bedroom, new paint, and new draperies and bedspreads. Two of the bathrooms are renovated with marble showers. Besides the beach, only steps away from the building, you can enjoy the pool or nearby shopping, watersports, or miniature golf. Being close enough to the center of town allows easy access to some of the best restaurants on the beach. But you are far enough from the city so that its noise is never heard. Condo was very nice. Description of the condo was accurate. Lots of kitchen supplies (dishes, glasses, utensils, etc). There was no ice maker, bur there were 4 cube trays for us to make ice for drinks. Nice area near pool to leave beach chairs and umbrellas at night. Wifi code provided was incorrect but found it in the owner's guest book in the condo.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This condo had everything we needed and we loved all the space. This is our second stay at Tropical Winds (first time in this unit), and we will definitely be repeat visitors! The views were amazing! We saw dolphins almost every day. And the short walk to the beach is perfect!Thank you to Nancy for allowing us to use her condo and create some wonderful family memories!

Pros first: Great location, quiet and near lots of restaurants and stores. Ample parking. View from the balcony was amazing. Kitchen well stocked for cooking any meal. Lots of plates and glassware. Nancy was easy to communicate with.
Cons: Bathrooms are very small- little space to put toiletries. Some of the bed linens and towels were old, while others were new. We did not use many of the pillows on the beds, as they needed to be replaced.
