Casa is just as pictured. Charming, cozy, beautifully decorated and perfect location. It is very well equipped if you want to stay and cook and close enough if you want to walk into town close to everything.
I have to say the heated floor in the Bathrooms was my favorite surprise.
Good quality linens make for a restful sleep and nice fluffy towels .
Making reservations was very easy, and Caroline was in touch throughout the process and available during our stay. Information on local restaurants and stores, Things to Do, Essential information was very helpful.
If your considering visiting Santa Fe and want to stay in a tranquil location then Casa Simpatica is meant for you. Highly recommend

Everything you need is available for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The outdoor patios are also fantastic, with shade or sun available all day long. We sat on the patio in the back for several hours each day.

Great Santa Fe home in a perfect little cation for exploring
We had a wonderful stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. It is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The manager was quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up and we would love to stay here again. Hopefully next year!

Location is amazing. We didn’t get in our car the whole week as we explored the plaza, Canyon Road, and neighborhoods beyond. The home is quaint, exceptionally clean, and so comfortable. Nice touches everywhere you look. The yard is enclosed and private but it feels very connected to the neighborhood. We spent evening on the front porch watching our two small dogs enjoy themselves while we sipped cocktails and played a game or two of cribbage. All-in-all a wonderful retreat made special by Caroline’s personal touch. We shall return!

Perfect place to stay in Santa Fe
Casa Simpatica is in a perfect location in Santa Fe. Really close to the plaza, in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and galleries on Canyon Road. The house itself is beautifully designed, super comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely return in my further trips to this wonderful town.

Summer Visit
All was lovely at the home as this was my second stay at this house and 3rd if you count our previous casita stay! Caroline is an excellent site host and she will see me again in the very near future.
P.s.
Perhaps a little clean up on the back patio would be needed as there was a tarp holding rain water, brushes and other tools which could have been removed before we arrived.
AQUI RESPONSE: so sorry for the inconvenience. We are trying to refinish the outdoor teak furniture in-between the monsoon rains and it is tricky. We are done now!

Muy simpatica!
The house was perfect for our visit of two couples - mainly to galleries, to just walk around town & up Canyon Road & to eat and wonderful restaurants. We especially loved The Compound outside under a tree, El Nido & of course, Geronimo. We enjoys sitting in the patio at the casa with a glass of wine & the two guys liked the front porch for afternoon talk. Only complaint: not enough coat hangers. The bathroom is small, but it works & the shower is terrific. All in all, we loved it! AQUI RESPONSE: Oh, I wish I had known about the hangers. I would have brought some immediately. Rest assured more hangers have been put in closets. In the Historic District we can only renovate so far so carefully designed new ensuite bathrooms within the allowable space.

Location, location, location.
Just minutes from the Plaza, The Shed and Chez Mamou restaurants and the historic churches, this charming casa offers all the traveler needs, and it is handsomely furnished in New Mexico style. Only a short drive to Randall Davey Audubon Center if, like us, you are a birder. Just a few minutes more to Museum Hill where you can spend a day viewing glorious American Indian and Spanish Colonial art, or perhaps the arboretum if you love plants. Maybe most of all, we loved the amazing grounds of this vacation rental - literally watching the columbine and roses bloom during our stay. Our only regret was leaving. Don't hesitate to book this great house.

Wonderful relaxing visit
Casa Simpatica is perfectly located for walking visits to the Historic Plaza and Canyon Road being two blocks from each. The home is comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the essentials needed. Outside back porch is large but tables and chairs in the front courtyard and front porch are private and relaxing. Caroline is a wonderful host. We will return soon.

Best in Santa Fe
This was our second stay at this property. Last time we stayed in the smaller casita in the same lot and it was so utterly perfect that we chose it again when we came back with two guests. We were entirely confident that it would be beautiful and furnished and equipped at the highest possible standard. We were right. It is also in a perfect location, a few blocks from the Plaza and even closer to Canyon Road. We would never consider staying anywhere else in Santa Fe.

Wonderful Stay at Casa Simpatico!
This is the second time I have stayed at this first class property. It's in a perfect location, very quiet and central to every site in Santa Fe. The property is very comfortable and immaculately clean. It is a pleasure to work with Caroline, the property manager. She ensured that our stay was perfect. Wonderful home with great location
This is a great home while visiting Santa Fe. The property is beautiful—inside and out. All of the furnishings are very nice and comfortable. The house is extremely clean and well furnished. There are great sitting areas inside and in both the front and back yards. The house is just a couple of blocks from the historic square as well as from Canyon Road. The service and responsiveness of the property manager and her assistant were excellent.

A comfy, convenient, upscale, private retreat.
Our family of five (three kids under 11) had a great week at this property! This was our second year renting a home with Aqui Santa Fe, and both homes were excellent. This home offers lots of natural light and plenty of room for the kids to spread out for their activities. After walking back from dinners on the plaza we would turn on the gas fireplace and gather in the living room for a family movie. We appreciated the attention to detail; from the welcome basket, to the spotless appliances, to the well-appointed bedrooms, to the artwork. We had a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms, but Aqui was responsive and fixed it as soon as possible. Aqui is first class, and I would not hesitate to recommend Aqui to my friends and family.

How Refreshing, No Add-On charges
Email from Future Guest: "What additional charges will I incur on my reservation?" RESPONSE: This is a common question. At Aqui Santa Fe we quote on a flat fee basis without add-on items or processing fees. Your quoted rate is inclusive of sofa beds, high chair, pack 'n play and your wonderful breakfast basket. As usual with most vacation rentals, housekeeping and taxes are separate. We had 4 adults in our party and all of us absolutely adored staying in this lovely home. Caroline greeted us on our arrival and then came back to say good bye. She also welcomed us with a gift basket which was such a nice gesture after a long day of travels. She made everything about our reservation super easy. This house is nicely decorated, is in perfect condition and is within close walking distance to the Square. We all had a great time and enjoyed coming back in the evenings to such a comfortable cozy home. We will reserve again when we return to the area.

Casa Simpatica was the perfect place for our family Christmas...location was ideal for walking to and from the plaza. Canyon Road on Christmas Eve was only 2 blocks away! The property was beautifully decorated and appointed...cooking was easy with the well stocked kitchen. We cant wait to go back! A Small Place on Palace Ave.
We have stayed here several years. It is spacious, immaculate, beautifully decorated with paintings by well-known Southwest artists, with comfortable beds, central air, and room-darkening drapes in the bedrooms. In August it was cool, quiet, and safe enough to sleep with the bedroom windows open at night. The bathrooms are recently remodeled with rain showers and heated floors. The washer and dryer are new.' The kitchen is well-supplied with cooking utensils; we ate breakfast, and frequently lunch and dinner at the house. The dining room seats six comfortably; the house is surrounded by gardens and there are tables in both the front and rear garden. There is private off-street parking. All of this only two blocks from the plaza, one block from the river park, and two blocks from Canyon Road with its dozens of galleries. On the opposite side of the block is a pick up spot for the opera shuttle and the Agoyo Lounge, which is quiet and had excellent dinners and light fare. Whole Foods is about 10 minutes away by car. There are probably twenty or thirty good restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. There is a cheesemonger on Marcy Street and a wine store two blocks away on Palace. Caroline has always been extremely helpful and accommodating. Anything that goes wrong has been fixed immediately (although the Wifi is mysteriously temperamental – if it is an essential, make sure the proper incantation has been made it get it to cooperate).
