Located in Crosby, this charming cabin for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Lake House in Crosby has everything you need for a wonderful week at the Lake. You will enjoy 100 feet of lake shore, fishing and swimming right off the dock, a large fire pit, swim platform, + paddle boat. There is a main dock and a guest dock (for fishing and tying a boat to). A gas grill is available on the lake-side patio and a fully stocked kitchen. The Lake House has a fabulous lay out for your next gathering. 5 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 12. Two main floor bedrooms, 3 bedrooms upstairs. Main floor laundry. Large 3-season porch overlooking the lake. You can enjoy sunrise + sunset over the lake. Bike (or walk) to the Cuyuna trail system. The Cuyuna bike trail (red dirt) and walking trail (paved) is just blocks from the Lake House. We have a bike rack next to the garage to store your bikes. Walk into town. The Lake House is minutes away from the Cuyuna Brewery, Hardwater Cocktail Bar, Iron Range Eatery, Northwoods Cafe, Red Raven Coffee, Mixed Company Coffee, Rafferty's Pizza, Drunken Noodle, Victual, Trailside Tavern, Cuyuna Outfitters, Memorial park, public beach, antique stores, the library, a museum, yoga studio, churches, and MORE. Winter at the Lake. Beautiful + cozy. Wood burning fireplace (inside). Walk or cross country ski on the lake. Snowmobiling. Ice fishing. Fat tire biking. Our group of 5 adults and 4 children (ages 2 to 9 years) had a wonderful long biking weekend with this home as our main base. The house had everything we needed for our stay, was very conveniently located and the owners were fast to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

The paddle boat was a great addition with life jackets for the little ones.
My 5 yr. Old grand daughter was excited to fish for the first time and caught many sunnies and bass right of the dock!
Serpent park- a 2 min. Drive is the best little treasure! The kids love the unique playground!
Main street is a short walk away! Victuals IS A MUST !!! with the finest cheeses and the best homemade ice-cream!!!

We recently spent a week at this lovely property with our 3 adult children and 2 young grandchildren. The house and property served our needs perfectly, with plenty of room for cooking, eating, sleeping and enjoying the outdoors. Was very pleasantly surprised to discover an over abundance of towels, which was so appreciated. Within walking distance of the town of Crosby and the city park, and a short bike ride to get on a bike trail. We hope to make this a bi-annual event. Only one suggestion is a clothes line strung between a couple of trees would have been nice for drying towels and so forth. Thanks again for the wonderful accommodations and outstanding communication.

Beautiful lake home and simply a stunning place to spend celebrating the birth of Jesus with my family! The kitchen was perfect for cooking together and the dining room table was perfect for dinner and games!

We came to the area to use the bike trails and were not disappointed in the bike trails, nor the beautiful home where we stayed. The house was very clean, had plenty of space for our family to sleep, eat, and move around during our stay. My only suggestions to anyone staying here would be to make sure and bring napkins and paper towels, and a space heater for the porch if you are coming during a cool time of the year. They provided a beginning supply of paper towels, which was very much appreciated, but they ran out quickly and we needed to run to the store for more. We look forward to rebooking at this home again!

Beautiful stay on the lake, and enjoyed walking into Crosby, fun playground for the kids, farmers market, brewery, and top it all off with the ice cream shop! The property fit our family group, excellent. We are going back!

This house is incredibly. Lovely and comfortable. Very quiet location and just a couple of blocks from the town center. Way. Offer than we needed for two people but we enjoyed it immensely. The only problem we had was accessing the entry code on VRBO, apparently an app problem. But the owners were swift in responding and getting us the code. I grew up in Crosby but it has sure changed. Good food and increasingly interesting shops and of course the beautiful bike trails.

Most relaxing week ever!
It’s hard to find the right words to summarize the 8 nights we spent at the lake house! The owners thought about everything — the kitchen and laundry were labeled, little notes in the right places. The porch was our favorite — day and night. Tons of space to spread out to read a book or take a nap, or to come together and play games or share a meal. The house was clean and spacious. We loved the Young Living products used to clean — a couple of us are chemically sensitive. The kitchen was so easy and enjoyable to work in. Beds were comfy, bathrooms wonderful. The house is quiet and set off from the road. We loved hearing the loons! Our family are big mountain bikers so we loved being a few blocks from the paved trail and the connector trails. We also walked over the park, grocery store or to eat/drink/get ice cream/shop every day. So convenient to everything. The lakefront has a lovely guest dock for a rental boat (or your own). We also enjoyed the floating swimming dock. We will be back as soon as we can find another opening!

Great stay
We had a great stay here for the week. The lake was really nice and the yard was perfect for kids to run. House was big and the kitchen was well stocked. It did get pretty warm and stuffy in the house in the evenings with just the 2 wall ac units, but they have fans every where, which helped some. Tiffany answered all my questions prior to our stay in a timely manner and was super friendly. We will consider staying again!

It is also located walking distance to a fun park and grocery store. The only reasons it gets docked is lack of central air and a washer with mildew in the lining. On hot humid days, the upstairs was difficult to keep air moving. Even with that, we would definitely go back!

Great location within walking distance to downtown Crosby. House has large porch, big picnic table in dining room and kitchen big enough to gather around the chef. Perfect for a family get together. Wonderful view of Lake Serpent.

This was the third years stay. All was as expected. The only negative is ability to cool property in extended hot conditions (above 90) due to limited AC. You always have the lake to cool you in the days but hot nights are a challenge. But this is it for negatives I could come up with after three years of renting the property.

We loved the house. Had everything we needed! The porch was probably where we were the most. The weather was cold and rainy, but perfect for a nap on the porch. We hope to return again when it's warmer and we can take advantage of the water.
