Modern and comfortable two bedrooms, the stunning bathroom is tiled from the floor to the ceiling and the bonus of having a bath, shower and separate toilet covers all your needs. Even the internal laundry is beautifully appointed with a front loader washing machine and dryer. Park the car in the undercover carpark and walk down to the hub of Nelson Bay, DAlbora Marina, restaurants, boutique shops, bars and clubs - The Poplars complex is very poplar for holiday guests as it is conveniently located and close to all amenities. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - King Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 - Tri-bunk (Double underneath/ Single above) Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi. My partner and I enjoyed a lovely stay with our 4 children, ranging from 1-13 years old. Our unit suited us perfectly, location wise and with the amenities available. We were comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely book this again. Thank you!!

Could do with more dusting. Balcony need a clean and barbecue was very dirty hence we decided not use it - too much hassle. The king size bed was very comfortable but I had a sleep on the so called double bed and noticed it is a single bunk bed with a double mattress thrown over the bottom bed which is false advertising . So be aware anyone wanting to use it as a double . The apartment does not sleep 5 people but we were only two so didn’t bother us. Make sure you take everything you need as there are no condiments in the apartment at all or any cleaning items . You need to hire sheets, towels or take your own . I’m organised but it would have been nice if there was a few items in holiday unit. Also there is more than 50 steps from the underground carport to the 3rd floor unit 24 . Good exercise if you don’t mind . Overall we enjoyed our holiday. We had a lovely time and would stay again but maybe on a lower floor so not so many steps. I loved the view in the mornings on the balcony and only a short walk to Nelson’s bay if you don’t want to use the car .

Super clean, well equipped, fantastic location and comfortable. The only let down was that the pool was closed (clearly for a long time) and not advertised that way so very disappointing upon arrival, especially for our two young children. The pool was the main amenity that swayed us to book.

We stayed for 4 nights. A clean, modern apartment, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils etc. Comfy beds. The kids loved the pool, having Netflix & Foxtel, and the few board games. A good location, a short walk to the Marina area and foreshore beach area. Good to have off street parking too (2 spots available).

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and we’re impressed by the size of the apartment, the fresh renovation, nice sunny balcony looking at the water and location being only 5min walk to the beach and park. It was unfortunate that the pool was closed due to COVID, but if it was open it would have made it a perfect stay. A little kids table, beach towels and buckets and spades were all nice touches as we were travelling with our 2 year old and a baby. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is amazing value.

This was a nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay. It is located near the main strip in Nelson’s bay and was only a 1 minute drive. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We hired the linen and this was waiting for us upon arrival. The pool wasn’t uncovered and ready for use, but luckily it ended up being a cooler day so this didn’t matter. The apartment block itself is quite old and in need of some updating, but this didn’t really matter. Would recommend this place for the price
