If you have no car, you should not go to Toktogul, the lake is far away, you can go there by taxi which drops you at a nature reserve at the end of a dust road ca. 2-3 km from main road and there is nobody and nothing. And no shade at all.The "Toktogul plaji" of google maps does not exist, a beach area is 80-100km away, I verified by calling local CBT tourist office. The taxi has to wait while you swim and bring you back.There is no Yandex. So for me not a good situation.
The hotel is friendly, very clean and the 3 upper rooms can be recommended as they share a huge wooden balcony with carpet and sofas and have mountain view.Location between bus stand and bazar is ideal and absolutely quiet.
I asked for a kettle and was lucky to get one. Thanks again.Booking.com information about kettle and fridge in the room are mostly wrong for this country.

Good beds and breakfast, also close to the city centre and the bus station.
My door was right next to the living room, there for sometimes a little loud till 11pm.

Gastvrij en behulpzame ontvangst.
Uitsteken avondmaal en ontbijt.
De gastvrouw spreek vlot Frans.
De auto hebben we kunnen parkeren op de binnenplaats.
Kan zeker ook gebruikt worden voor grotere groepen.
