The family spoke English very well, were very friendly and treated us very well. We got some fresh figs from the trees. Nice breakfast. And the AC in the yurt was perfect!

The family is lovely, friendly and very helpful. Everyone speaks English and they make you feel at home. The family's boys helped reserve resort for us in the mountains at 2 hours drive from the city.
Opting for a yurt is about embracing a different kind of experience and it’s truly rewarding. Living in a Kyrgyz family yurt offers a genuine glimpse into the country’s culture of hospitality and warmth.
The home itself has everything you need, and the highlight is the delicious family breakfast served in the yard each morning, a special touch that makes the stay memorable. The family also provides guidance on what to see and do in the city and across Kyrgyzstan, which was invaluable.
Language was a challenge for us, and since the country isn’t fully digitized, navigating bookings could have been difficult. Thankfully, the family’s sons went out of their way to help us search and arrange places to visit. Their support made our journey far more pleasant than it would have been otherwise.

The host was really friendly and did everything to make sure I was comfortable. The yurt in the host's backyard (really pretty backyard, btw), which made me even more aware of how yurts are a big part of the culture in Kyrgyzstan. The yurt was comfortable, had airconditioning (even tho I didn't need it) and the hosts were willing to accomodate breakfast time to my necessities. I recommend staying with them
I was their first guest, so when I first arrived they weren't fully ready, but I didn't mind much, since I had to go to the city center anyway. After I came back from running my errands, everything was ready and great
