Watch boats, canoes, kayaks and fishermen float by while enjoying our water level patio. Our 2 bedroom (2nd BR made available as needed when booking more than 2 guests), 2 baths, fireplace, large foyer used as 3rd BR, living room, and fully stocked kitchen all with water view and walkout patio. Laundry, WiFi, local TV and Roku, pontoon rental for a water visit to lake restaurants and bars. Our stay with David and Marty was our best short term rental ever. Everything they promised was there, plus lots of nice surprises like the delicious cookies they sent to us. We were grieving the loss of a loved one and David and Marty did everything they could to make us, and our visitors, feel at home.

Beautiful property that is quiet and secluded. All the little extras made our stay very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We visited several great wineries and restaurants close by. I hope to visit again next year!!!

David and Marty are excellent hosts. They let us arrive early and said we could stay an hour later. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The back yard was nice and we had a fire pit to ourselves. We brought our dog and he was able to stay in the apartment while we kayaked and went out to dinner. The house is in a great location. We took walks and got to see a turtle and a deer. Just down the road was a public yacht club, we didn't stop in but it looked very nice. Many bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. Definitely would stay again. Thank you both for being so accommodating to us!

Extremely quiet, peaceful stay with easy access to fishing and kayaking off the dock into the channel from their back yard. ~20 mins to Cuyahoga Falls National Park with lots of beautiful places to hike and bike. Only reality check is the per night $ adder for additional individuals beyond 2- it added it prior to us booking, but initially we didn't notice that when we first found the property. Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect, host perfect, didn't have very much firewood, or charcoal, boat dock, and lake not so much, dock need cleaned (hot host falt the state was cleaning lake was dredging had lot of trouble getting pontoon in and out of boat dock that part ) Over all my Amish friends enjoyed and already talking about a week vata

This is a very spacious place to stay and allowed us to bring our 2 pups. There was one issue and that is the shower was not clean, had a hair in it, and a dried up used washcloth hanging on the shower bar.

This property is a beautiful, tranquil setting on a channel leading to the Portage Lakes. We spent a perfect half day sitting outside at the picnic table watching the birds and boats going by. It’s also a wonderful base of activities for the area around the Portage Lakes. The rental is a quiet, spacious, comfortable haven with a beautiful view. The owners were very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They provide a lot of information about local attractions, gear to enjoy the outdoors, as well as the usual staples. Check-in and communication were a breeze. We would stay there again and would wholeheartedly recommend this as a restful stay or place for small gatherings for others.

Throughly enjoyed out stay. Plenty of room, large living room with floor to ceiling windows. Enjoyed coffee in the kitchen watching the cranes come and go. Even daisy our GR enjoyed watching the squirrels ducks and birds Would definitely recommend and stay again
