About this apartment rental
- Animal Kingdom is the closest park to our condo. It takes twelve minutes to reach the park. - Owner-operated villa. New A/C! - Maximum occupancy is four(4) persons. - The buildings in this complex do not have elevators. - We focus on cleanliness and keeping the condo well-maintained. Our carpeting is sanitized by steam cleaning on a routine basis, and high-efficiency air conditioning is recently installed. - WiFi is free. - Full size washer & dryer are in the condo, free for you to use during your visit. The kitchen has a well-stocked collection of cookware and dishes, glasses, coffee cups and utensils. - WE AUTHORIZE A GATE ENTRY PASS FOR THE VRBO ACCOUNT HOLDER WHO RESERVED THE VILLA, NO ONE ELSE. If you have friends you wish to get together with, they must rent their own villa and obtain their own gate pass. Guest Government credentials are checked on arrival. - Windsor Palms is a gated resort community with a security officer operating the entry gates. Our Condo is two buildings from the pool, which you will see as you drive from the security gate to the condo. Our Condo is on the top floor,(3rd) , so it is among the quietest and most private condos in the building. This complex does not have elevators. Our Condo is close to the pool but just far enough away to not hear the activity. - No smoking, No Pets. No party. - This is a self-catered villa. The guest is responsible for sundry items if the starter items we place are used up. - You are renting the complete condo. No one else is sharing the space inside with you. The parking lot is in front of the stairwell. There is a security guard checking identification at the entry gate 24 hours a day. When your reservation and identification is verified by the security officer, you will receive a pass for your car to use the returning guest separate entry lane. The condo has an electronic door lock. On the afternoon of your check-in, we will provide you with the door code, and this code is changed for each guest, with past codes being deleted. - Please contact us with any questions.

Condo had everything we needed. Really set up nicely for a couple or a family of four. Kids will feel like a couple of mouseketeers. Loved the pool and hot tub. 3 flights of stairs were a little tough for us but we knew that before we rented.

The home was very warm and inviting and clean. The association has A LOT of rules, but they aren't too bad. The property is nice and has a pool and other outside activities.

This property was perfect for our trip to Disney/Universal. While there was just 2 of us - it is sized for a family too. We each had very comfy beds and our own bathrooms! The location was very convenient and our commute was short. Very, very clean. Communication with owners/mangers was fast and clear. I give high marks!

Great property! Clean property and Close to everything. We were there for the week going to Disney with the kids. In the past we have stayed at Disney properties but this was much better. The kids appreciated having their own rooms, and it was convenient to make meals before heading to the parks. The property is also close enough that we could come back in the afternoon for a break from the parks and to swim in the pool. The community pool area was nice and had a place to order drinks. The owners were excellent to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely would recommend this property and would stay there again.

This gated resort neighborhood was a great place to stay. All the amenities were very well maintained. Chris and Alena were very easy to work with. They have a nice unit and were quick to reply to our every need. The Windsor Palms community is away from all the traffic and noise you find at other Kissimmee locations.

Great stay! Condo was clean and in a great location. As stated in the listing there are stairs to the condo. The owners were very communicative and friendly. We had a great trip!

Great stay!
We booked this last minute before heading to our vacation, Chris and Alena made check in process so easy and remained communication throughout the stay. The condo is very clean and gives a home feel. Pool is a building over which is nice! Would definitely book in the future.

Great place with great hosts!
My wife and I stayed here for a month with our 7 year old daughter. Chris and Alena were super friendly and great communicators. We loved their condo. It was super functional and clean with everything you would need for a longer stay. The property and amenities were great with a huge pool, hot tub, pool bar with food and games room. HIGHLY recommend this place and will most likely return! Thank you Chris and Alena for everything!! See you next time!

Will stay again
The condo was really nice and in the most convenient area! Close to shopping, food, and the parks! Very clean and quiet. Anything we needed was already there. A stroller, high chair, and even a play pen for my 2 year old. Check in was a breeze. Even the lady at the front gate complimented how whoever set up the booking did an excellent job! Chris and Alena are very friendly and helpful. Our family will stay again, thanks for everything!

Great location, great hosts
Perfect location close to Disney! Very friendly hosts were accommodating and helped us get checked in and made sure we had everything we needed even after a technology snag. This was perfect for a short stay. Appreciate the no cleaning fee, but the cleanliness of the unit is reflected in that. We did have to go through and do some touch up cleaning upon arrival. If we were going to stay any longer than 5 days next time we would book something professionally cleaned. Unit overlooks a courtyard area which overlooks the back yards of some of the townhomes - there was some weekend noise that made it hard for the kids to sleep (before typical quite hours, so nothing anyone or the homeowners could have done). Not a huge deal but just making others aware. Kids loved the pool area and the clubhouse was convenient for meals when we didn't want to cook or go out. Happy with our stay!

This place was extremely clean which is top on my list when renting a place. It is close to all the Disney parks which is so nice especially after a long day of walking. The property owner was very prompt and helpful making the check-in process easy. We had a wonderful stay!!

Great Place to Stay
My wife and I took a trip to Disney for 6 days and decided to stay off of Disney since our daughter most likely wouldn't remember most of the trip. We're really glad we picked this condo for our vacation. It was very clean and well organized. The owner, Chris, was very responsive and checked up on us several times to make sure everything was going alright. Plus, we could leave the condo and be in the parking lot of any of the Disney parks in about 15 minutes. This was ideal for us since our daughter is young enough that she still needs naps. There are also numerous restaurants and grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. I couldn't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a place to stay while visiting Disney.

Great Vacation Condo
The Condo was wonderful! It was clean, roomy and perfect for our vacation. Chris and Alena were wonderful, we were able to check into the condo early the day we arrived. It was close to the Disney parks, which made it very convenient. We will definitely look to renting the Condo again when we are in Orlando.

Nice, clean, good location to all
Really nice condo in clean condition with a short walk to the pool and clubhouse. Location was in good proximity to all attractions and the gated community made us feel better about letting the kids play outside alone without worry. The pool area is large and only got super crowded one day out of our 7 day stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Florida Getaway
We enjoyed our Condo stay and look forward to a return visit next year. It was a pleasure to meet Chris and Alena in person. They are just as kind, personable, accommodating and thoughtful as you can imagine. They are like Florida Sunshine.
The Condo is clean, well maintained, and fully equipped (even rain gear) was provided. We were greeted with dark chocolates and wine.
Windsor Palms is a quiet gated community with amenities, yet close to shopping, restaurants and recreation, especially Disney Parks.
We highly recommend Brosius properties to all of our friends!

The condo was great! Roomy, Clean and Well-Stocked. Christopher & Alena were great - very accommodating. We arrived a day early and they made arrangements for us to check-in early and we extended our stay by a day as well. No issues with the hosts or the facility. We would stay with them again,

Extremely clean! Extremely close to restaurants and attractions. The pool/arcade/store/theater is just a short walk away too. The host was very accommodating, and even shipped us a few things we accidentally left behind. I would definitely stay here again.

Chris was great and gave insight to local dining and shopping. The condo was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed the pool/hot tub and arcade. Great location with quick travel to Disney. Great value.

beautiful property close to parks
This was our 1st time using home away. It was an awesome experience. The Brosius family made sure everything was just right for us! There were great surprises for when we arrived and they were very accommodating! The property was very well maintained and it was in a gated community. The whole experience was perfect we couldn't have chosen a better person to rent from. The property was also very close to the main parks, Disney and more. We will definitely be renting from them again in the future!

Wonderful Place
My family and I had a wonderful experience here. The place was perfect for us and Christopher and his wife were very gracious hosts. It was a very reasonable price and a very short and easy trip to Disney World and many other local attractions. Would certainly recommend it and hope to be back in the near future.
