Locatie in het mooie en centrale beacon hill

-Onze deur kon heel moeilijk afgesloten worden. Dit werd gemeld. -Ik had gehoopt gemakkelijk toegang te krijgen tot wasmachine en droger: veelal was housekeeping aan de slag met de machines, en ik kreeg nérgens gels omgewisseld in quarts voor de machine. Het zou goed zijn om wasmachine en drrogkast beschikbaar te maken voor de gasten + geldwisselmachine te installeren of gewoon een digitaal betalingssysteem te installeren of...

Great location, comfortable bed, clean, nice and warm, showers good. Host was responsive to any questions we had during stay.

Paper thin walls, we could hear every move of people next door, coupled with the fact they were obnoxious people causing noise at all hours of the morning 1am - 3am total lack of consideration for anybody else staying there. There were also guests smoking weed in other rooms and the smell took over the entire hallway and was seeping into our room. Far from ideal. Only cleaning staff working during the day, although we did report it, nothing much could be done. Cleaning fee of 25$ per day to get fresh towels was expensive.
