Alessandro was excellent. We got lost the night we arrived but he got us were we where supposed to be.
It was great to meet Alessandro what a nice guy. Comfy beds

Meeting our host -- Alessandro -- made our stay in this b&b a great experience.
Our room was small but comfortable.
It was easy to get to the train station (where also one easily can get also taxi) from this b&b.
The location scared us a bit, still -- it is just the first impression. We felt safe even it did not seem very Italian.
To use coffee machine was a bit challanging.

The room was good, it could have had an extra pillow and maybe blanket. Clean and generally quiet.
The common area we only used for breakfast, but when we came in after being out for the day, the opportunity to make coffee and tea was nice.
This is in a multi use building, the common entrance starts with a gate to which the key we were given did not work and we had to ask the poker hotel to let us in. 20 stairs to the lift, no hand rail, to the lift on floor 1. The elevator/lift (floor 1 and above)is an adventure, two people max; doors are a magical manual operation designed in the 1930s. It shakes a bit.
All in all the common access, stairs and elevator are a throw back scene to a Maigret novel of the 1950s. It is something to have a post visit giggle about!
