This B&B was located very conveniently to Naples Central station which made it easy to take day trips via train, bus, or metro. The room was large and well equipped. Although we didn't need it, cleaning service happens every day. And, upon our arrival, there were some "welcome treats" waiting in the refrigerator. Both Stefano and Patty were very easy to contact. Breakfast was delivered every morning at our preferred time. We have no hesitation to recommend this accommodation !
Everything was good...we suggested to Stefano that he might want to put a microwave in the room. And, just be aware that there are stairs to navigate to get to the room...we would like if there had been a handrail on one of the walls just to help with stability .

Everything was just as described. The apartment was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Stefano and Patty are wonderful people—very helpful, friendly, and great to communicate with. There was no problem leaving my luggage with them for storage. I specifically chose a location near the main train station. It’s a fairly central location, but since the B&B is on a side street, I wasn’t bothered by street noise and slept well. I traveled alone; everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming, they provided us with many insider tips.
The location was very central, close to everything.
Super cool, fancy and antique elevator.
There were cool beverages and coffee around the clock as well as a fridge.
The breakfast had tasty local pastries

A very small hotel (~2 rooms) located inside a standard apartment. The room is well-made, quiet and clean. The host is very welcoming and helpful.
The district is basically a ghetto: very dirty, with lots of murky people and rubbish in the streets.
The lift in the apartment building is awful: very old, works poorly, but you need to it get to the 5th floor.
