Very helpful personnel. Good value for a 3-star hotel. Near to central station.
The area Is not one of most recommendable or nice of the city.

Clean , good location
Safe was broken and had been for 2 days prior to. Was not remedied . The safe is an important part of security and I had to have all my money and documents with me going round Naples .I expect a company likeBest Western to be on top of such facilities .
