The owner of the hotel is very helpful. Our train was delayed, he went to the hotel especially for our late check-in in a rainy night. After listening to our nightmare trip, he gave us two bottle of water which comfort us a lot.
The property is in a buiding with a front door lock and inner door lock which makes us feel safe.
You can use the facilities such as a boiler or a microwave in the kitchen which is very convenient.

It doesn't look good on the outside but it's great inside. Rooms are bright and very, very clean, exceptionally clean. Beautifully decorated with artificial flowers and scents. I loved the bathroom, very modern, very comfy shower, big mirror. I loved it!
Well, I didn't like the street, it looks a bit shady...but it's only 5 min. walk to train station so it was bearable.

The location is close to the central station, only the B&B is in the African part of Naples. And it is more an appartement then a B&B.
The host is friendly, only not really nice that you have to call and wait to be welcomed. Due to our delayed flight we checked in at 00:00, and nobody was there. We got a code trough Whatsapp to get in. Not really suited for a B&B, but more for an airBnB.
First of all the communication was in Italian, the host didn’t speak English. He communicated everything in Italian so we had to translate everything.
The room: the fridge didn’t work at all and the host did not do anything about it when i informed him, we stayed for 3 nights and it was hot outside so we really could use a fridge. The bathroom was dirty and we found mold that could be easily wiped away (see the photos below).
Breakfast: they call it breakfast but it is just a cheap version of a croissant that doesn’t even taste as a croissant, some cereal, a dry cookie, and juice/milk that has not been in the fridge. So I would call it false advertising on the pictures. Not even to speak about the coffee that is presented in a plastic cup even though there are mugs. There are mugs and glasses at the breakfast but you can’t use them, they are just for decoration. The lady at the breakfast that also cleans the room is not so friendly, she gets frustrated when you use a mug or glass instead of plastic cup. Every morning she asked if we were going to leave, doesn’t feel very inviting. For one night without breakfast it is ok, but for a few nights a would recommend a better place. I myself work to in the hospitality and I felt betrayed and a little ashamed when I saw the breakfast. The breakfast we had outside the B&B was not very expensive but way better.
