Everything is beautifully appointed and ready for your beachfront vacation! Relax and enjoy the luxury of a private condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! There is a separate entrance to your condo unit and a private balcony for your comfort. One reserved parking space, located in the shade and under the building., will be assigned to you. It will have your condo number clearly displayed. Feel the sand and surf between your toes as you walk out of the building and directly onto the white sandy beach! The spa and pool are just steps away from the beach! Take-in the gentle Gulf breezes and watch the amazing sunset views from your private balcony or from the roof-top deck. The modern and spacious kitchen offers generous counter space and plenty of cabinetry to store your food. Highlighted by stainless-steel appliances, a range, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, and coffee machine. Silverware, dishes, glassware, and cups for up to eight people are located in the kitchen. The kitchen flows easily into the living area with an open counter-top bar. The dining area has a beautiful round table with seating to comfortably serve four people. The interior of the condo is well-appointed with nautical themed art work and brand new furnishings. The Gulf front view from the living room and master bedroom is spectacular! The Master Bedroom has an a King-Sized Bed, 49-inch Samsung HD T.V., table lights with USB ports and power outlets to charge your electronic devices. There is Free Wi-Fi in the condo and on the grounds outside. The Living Room boosts a 65-inch Sony Bravia Ultra HD 4K Smart T.V., and a Queen-Sized Sofa Bed. The Guest Bedroom is has a Queen-Sized Bed, 43-inch Samsung HD T.V, table lights with USB ports and power outlets. Feel the gentle breeze and listen to the surf roll-in at night as a doze-off to sweet dreams by the beach! Check-in is via a secure code for the front door of the condo. Please contact us directly for the code. The reception desk does NOT have the ability to provide you with the code. There is a $40 plus tax per day resort fee payable upon check-in at reception desk. The condo was exactly as advertised, and the owner/property manager was extremely easy to work with. The sunsets were even more amazing than what we expected. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The property is ideally located for short 1/2 mile walks to restaurants or maybe 5-10 minute drives when we went a little further down Gulf Blvd. We definitely hope to come again.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at the treasure Island beach condo. The view is amazing. Outside of the weather being a little chillier than we would like. The location was amazing and everybody was friendly along with convenient restaurants in great places to walk.

Loved the view of the ocean and beach, near many restaurants. Condos were very quiet and private. Furnished with everything you would need. Great place to stay. We did not need a 2 bedroom but wanted 2 bathrooms and it was worth the extra price. Thanks Tom and Kim !

We really enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed in the condo. The sunsets are beautiful! It’s also a very quiet strip which is always nice! Short drive to St Pete, Fort de Soto, Clearwater! Location is the best!

We went for an off season beach vacation. The condo had a great view of the beach and a quick walk from the door to the water. Chairs, beach towels and a cooler were available. Everything we needed to really enjoy our time on the beach! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make breakfast to enjoy on the balcony while watching the ocean. Just a great experience!

My family of three stayed at this condo over the long Labor Day weekend. The check in process was easy and quick (check in at the Bay side condo across the street). I loved the location of this condo as it is a corner unit on the fourth floor with unobstructed views of the beach!
The condo does have a small pool and whirl pool/hot tub but we ended up never using it. The unit was stocked with everything you needed in the kitchen, toiletries and as well as beach chairs and some pool and beach toys.

My family really enjoyed the property. The condo was clean, well maintained and quiet. Lots of linens and kitchen items/appliances were available as well as beach chairs and a small umbrella. The location is perfect as it faces the beach. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely stay again.

Easy check-in. Though our condo looked out over the Gulf of Mexico, we loved having access to the gulf side and the inlet side. We fished off the dock from the inlet side while playing on the beach from the Gulf side. Unit was very easy to access and the AC cooled down the unit quickly! Loved having the 2 bedroom 2 baths for the perfect privacy. Stunning views and balconies from the family room and master bedroom were a treat for sure. We plan on staying their again and again.

Condo was just as described. Beautiful view and we loved the tall chairs! Thomas was great to work with! He answered all my questions quickly. This was the perfect getaway after my daughter's volleyball tournament in Orlando. Would definitely book again.

The balcony is very private and close enough to the gulf that you felt like you were on the beach. Having Island Girl Beach Rentals right in front of the condo was nice! Another nice touch was having beach towels provided by the owner.

4. Condo Property (A). It’s worth mentioning that the grounds were clean and well maintained.
5. Beach (A+). The beach was perfect. Soft powder white sand with no rock or coral areas. Easy flat beach to walk or ride bikes on. The beach is also very private.
6. General Area (B+) the high grade is for how quiet the area is in general. It’s very narrow between the gulf and the inlet so it is not very populated. The only downside of the area (which is expected because it is not congested) is there are few options for food/drinks without driving. Publix grocery store is just a block away which was really nice.
7. Summary: if we come back to this area - which is very likely - this is a property we would vacation in again.

Overall we had a great stay. The unit was as advertised and had a great location on a non-crowded beach and within many amenities (putt putt golf, Publix, beach bars, etc.). It was also nice to have two pools with one on the ocean and one on the intercoastal. The unit was well equipped and had a good amount of beach toys and gear. The only negative was when we arrived the unit was not cleaned from the last tenant. The owner was very quick to rectify the issue and worked to make it right. The only downside was it delayed the start of our beach vacation a few hours.

Our family consisting of four adult and two children ages 9 and 11 have visited various beaches on Florida's Gulf Coast, including Southwest FL and the Panhandle. This was the BEST trip ever! The condo was perfect inside and out and had the feeling of a home, not a rental. The unit was well appointed and modern. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. We loved the ocean front balcony with its tall chairs and side tables and enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine with the fabulous ocean front view. The community pool was small, but we spent our time at the beach. Treasure Island is my new Favorite Beach and community. There were several good restaurants and a fun water slide within walking distance and tennis and golf were close by. We all give this unit and beach two thumbs up. We will definitely be back!

Overall rating 4.5 stars. Location is ideal. Views are spectacular. Even with public access points close by, the beach in front of property was not overly crowded (during Spring Break week). Property was generally as listed. Pool and area are small and were crowded. Primary bedroom is spacious and nice views/access to balcony. Second bedroom is very tight with limited space for suitcases. Furnishings were nice. Property was mostly clean upon our arrival. We appreciated having beach towels and beach toys to use during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider returning to this property.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday with a few friends for a 4 night stay. The host had great communication and friendly. The condo was everything we wanted and more! Super close to all activities, restraunts, and bars! Right on the beach, with the best sunsets! Highly recommend and worth it! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

What a beautiful view and sunset from the balcony, living room, bedroom, pool/hottub on beach and bay side and the roofs. We needed a peaceful stay after some family losses and this was perfect. The beds and furniture inside (the couch was slightly low for the oldest in our group but the chairs were perfect) and out (we loved the high adirondack chairs to see over the railing and the tables were a plus) were very comfortable. Getting into the closet in the smaller bedroom required moving a small end table but we didn't need to use closet so no big deal. While a couple of items might have been missing (if you have been a owner or rent frequently you understand things sometimes get broken and not replaced or mispaced) you still had everything you needed. Having a choice of an elevator or stairs was great and the elevator worked perfectly for out 5 day stay. The free beach towels to borrow were a plus and there was even cabana rentals at the beach for a more plush experience though I personally love laying on the sand on a towel closer to the water. Treasure island and st pete never fails whether you walk on the beach go to one of the many restaurants or head to the pier or other attraction...the zoo is one of our favorites to see the manatees their are rehabilitating snd this time we fed s giraffe for a bargin price of $25 and we got to see the 2 koalas who were both awake and moving around the exhibit..a first as they spend most of the day sleeping. This time we enjoyed a fantastic sunset at sloppy Joe's in treasure island along with some great apps and adult beverages and had a great meal (make sure you try their wings) at boulevard burgers on the st pete strip. You can never go wrong at toss for a fresh wrap near Tropicana or at Pete's bagels also in downtown. I even got a chance to meet Tom at the end and he really cares about his property and his renters. We can't wait to stay here again!

The condo had a musty smell and the carpet in the master bedroom was, and stayed, wet. The vent above the bed leaked on our head if the air-conditioning was on
68. I messaged the owner and he did nothing other than say thanks for letting me know.
Then the elevator stopped working the last 2 days of our stay so we had to climb 4 1/2 fights of stairs with arms full most of the time. We thought a partial refund should have been given but the owner did not attempt to make our stay more enjoyable or to resolve any of the issues. The water pressure and temperature of the water in both showers were less than desirable as well.
