Comfortable clean room housekeepers very friendly room was spotless and bed super comfortable
Bar staff one in particular very moody not very good customer service skills.
Also food in the bar and restaurant if you going to advertise food on menus please actually serve what is with that dish there was no flavour to the food like it was frozen and all bought in food warmed up

Clean room. Good location for seeing the area.
Our room was missed for cleaning on the only day we requested it even though we left the hanger on the door and staff were obviously cleaning other rooms as their trollies were in the corridor. Pub was really understaffed as was very busy. Staff deserve a medal!
