The property is perfect for our stay in clacton. Beautiful place and the hosts are amazing . Breakfast is a bonus to lots of choices.

Breakfast was ok. I would have liked more options of the way in which eggs were prepared, it was either scrambled or fried. My personal preference is poached or soft boiled. A nice touch would have been the provision of a bowl of fresh fruit in the breakfast room so that guests could help themselves to an apple or banana etc.
The location is good, a short level walk into the town centre (20 minutes for me, probably less for someone more able). Parking our car onsite was reasonably easy and there were places to drive to not too far away.
A mini fridge in the room would have been very welcome. Personally I hate the little pots of long life milk which all places seem to provide. The taste of that milk is unpleasant. My morning routine is to have a cup of tea immediately after rising, but I could not stomach it with the long life milk. A mini fridge would enable the purchase of a small carton of fresh milk, also to enable guests to keep a couple of cold canned drinks for the hot weather.

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, hosts are very nice, good selection for breakfast.
Bed was too firm for me but that's my preference
